Wok came wrapped in black sticky foil placed directly in cardboard box. With no cushion or box of the original wok.Wok seems used as display previously.Lot of scratches, handle is loosened, wok is not circle.Expect it to be good and brand new from Tefal itself. But nope.Have to use it cause no wok at home. But would not recommend from Tefal au store.

The wok is light but quality is not good, its coating was peeled off after 2 months' normal use.

This product was ordered for my mother, Unfortunately it does not match the description(which showed larger dimensions in the image description) and is more a frying pan, rather than a wok. My mother expressed that she will never order kitchenware like this online again, unless it is seen first, before purchasing.
