My initial opinion of this steamer was unfavourable. The instruction leaflet that came with it was very poor. I know its not rocket science but I made progress once I'd binned the instructions! Easy to use. Easy to clean and generally worth the money.

Much better than my Last steamer bigger can make multiple things at once even though just has 2 tiers
