Came is an open plastic bag with the caps thrown in at the bottom, not attached. Bits of paper and fuzz in the bag tooAbsolutely useless if you need sterile syringes.

Wonderful syringes. I've needed a large supply of these to give an older cat meds 4 times a day (2+ years, now). Our vet was able only to give us a few syringes every month. These are much better quality than the ones we got from the vet, and having such a large supply of them ready at hand is a huge relief. Terrific price, too. Couldn't be happier with these, thanks
