Love these steps! They arrived well packaged and they fit really well to the hamster cage. I would love an option for longer ones. The buying options were a little confusing re ladder A B etc without corresponding pictures.

Great quality, hamster Millie absolutely adores it. I didn't use the cloth insert (Millie is a chewer) but it looks well made and very soft. She has fun climbing on top of it as much as in it. Would love to have had the option of left or right attachment. Had to rearrange cage to put it were it would fit, but good size and easy to put in.

My hamster would occasionally climb the steps into this hide when I had it hanging up but wasn't keen. When I rearranged the cage I took it down and just laid it in the cage and he loves it! I think it is his favourite place in the cage.He managed to completely chew through the end within 2 weeks of it being down but hasn't tried to chew the rest of it since. There is a metal bar (part of the frame) across the new hole he's created so now I tuck the mat around it so he doesn't try to use it like a tunnel. Most nights, he removes this mat but I just replace it again... its a game we play! He's never tried to chew the mat.I'm happy with it and would buy again when the time comes.
