I had high hopes for this to be a cute, dress-it-up or dress-it-down jacket. Sadly, I'm not sure I can even realistically wear it. The body of the jacket generally fits well. It's cropped - obviously - and falls at a decent place on me. The sleeves, however, are an entirely different story. In fairness, I am short at 5'1". I am used to sleeves being long, hanging past my wrists, that's daily life for me. But this jacket took things to a whole different level. The sleeves extend past the tips of my fingers by about half an inch to an inch (with my arms hanging down to the sides). For a jacket that generally sits at an appropriate place on the body (i.e., where a crop should sit), the sleeves are remarkably disproportionate in their length. I will either need to get the sleeves hemmed substantially, or roll them up multiple times if possible (which will end up giving the jacket a very casual look, as in, so much for dress-it-up).

Love the cropped look with high waist jeans. Nice dark navy color with a pinstripe. Nice quality fabric. Easily dress up with slacks or pair with jeans for a casual look. Comfortable all day with a lightweight fabric for all day comfort.

This blazer is very good quality - I love that it's cropped as a lot of blazers usually swallow me up because the trend these days is the oversized "boyfriend" style and I have to hunt for standard women's blazers.I love pinstripes and these are very nice, not a busy pattern and all look even. The cut of the collar is wonderful. All the buttons are sewed on very tightly (and you get extra buttons).I like to think that I'm your average sized woman albeit short 5'3" with short arms and the sleeves on this blazer are too long, they hit me about at my middle knuckle on my hands. However this is an issue with ALL the blazers I purchase so I'm not surprised. Maybe I'll get the sleeves hemmed for a more tailored look but I'm not too concerned about it.This would look great with matching pants or skirt (and The Drop has quite a selection currently of matching items for this print, I'm probably going to get the mini skirt).Finally, price point. To me the current cost as of this review writing seems like a standard, average price for a mass produced (decently constructed) blazer. If you look at other popular "mall brands", you'll see that their blazers run at the same price point, if not higher. And even if it's cropped ( thus supposedly needing less material), the quality makes it worth the cost.

This blazer has potential. I was excited to try this blazer, but unfortunately, the sizing was completely off. It runs incredibly small for me, and even ordering a size up didn't help. The blazer itself is cut nicely and would look great if it fit properly, but the inaccurate sizing makes it a hassle to find the right fit. The proper size may be difficult to figure out for those nearing or at the plus size end of the fit spectrum.

I ordered this because my wife loves blazers. While she's not usually a fan of cropped styles, she loves the pinstripes and the quality of the material. I'm sure it'll make it into her wardrobe for her next business trip. MTF!
