I pull something in my back after almost every single long flight I take-- sitting in either economy or premium economy seats just wreck my lower back. I fly frequently cross-country, or across the Atlantic, so we're talking about 5+ hour long trip of discomfort, and constant shifting. I've tried to get extra plane pillows and use them to cushion my lower back but the size just seems off; they've never managed to help. I saw this pillow mentioned on a travel blog ahead of a trans-Atlantic flight the other week, and bought it (note, I happened to get it on sale here on Amazon for $30). I was mildly dubious, but read the good reviews here. I'm not kidding when I say it's the best my back has ever felt after a flight in one of those seats. It could maybe be just the tiniest bit thicker, but ultimately it provided my lower back the right amount of support I needed and took the strain off those muscles that normally cause me pain. I'm not sure I'd pay full price; it is a bit steep, but if you can get it on sale, do!

Parece una cosa tonta pero está muy bien diseñada. A mí me va genial en todos los sitios que la uso(coche, autobús, sofá, etc..)He tenido otras similares y ésta es con diferencia la que más me convence. Se autoinfla ella sola. Puedes soplar para hinchara más pero con la posición en la que se queda por defecto con la válvula abierta es ideal aunque parezca poco a simple vista. Una vez posicionada puedes ajustar abriendo y cerrando la válvula para dejarla acorde a tus necesidades según dónde estés sentado ya que cada asiento tiene una ergonomía diferente.Por último permite transportarla fácilmente ya que no pesa y se puede plegar.

Mi è stato consigliato da un amico osteopata, che lo usa quotidianamente.In ufficio aiuta molto se si sta tanto seduti, e, già dai primi utilizzo, ho notato che a fine giornata non avverto più la zona lombare irrigidita. Il fatto che sia regolabile facilmente permette di adattarlo a tutte le esigenze. Ottimo anche per lunghi viaggi in auto.

Das Produkt kam mit einem Riss an (damit unbrauchbar, da zum Aufblasen). Zwar befand sich ein Rücksendebeleg im Paket, die Kosten für die Sendung musste ich aber selbst übernehmen. Null Kommunikation bzw. Erstattung!

Für Hohlkreuz-geplagte Rückenschläfer, die auf zu ebenen/festen Unterlagen (z.B. dünne Isomatten) nicht lange liegen bzw. schlafen können, eine gute Hilfe. "Selbstaufblasend" ist bei Therm-a-rest (aber auch anderen Herstellern) immer relativ, so richtig klappt das eigentlich nie. Andererseits braucht man hier auch nur sehr wenig Luft, sonst wird's schon wieder unbequem. 25 Euronen finde ich etwas zu viel, unter 20 sollte ok sein.

Perfect to put in your wife's handbag for when you have an injured back and are going out to dinner, and you will need lumbar support to be able to sit through 3 courses.

empfehlenswert. Praktisch beim Autofahren, aber auch auf dem Sofa, usw. Man kann dies auch als Kopfkissen nutzen, falls man nix anderes zur Hand hat.

Ich kann dem Kissen nichts abgewinnen. Es ist aber sicherlich für manche Rückenschmerzen eine gute Möglichkeit, diese zu lindern.Jedenfalls ist für mich das Empfinden beim auf-dem-Kissen-liegen unangenehm.

Brilliant item! I use it for travelling on a plane, sleeping in a tent and on hostels and hotels etc... it does stretch a bit when pressure is applied so feels softer than just a normal air pillow. The material is also comfortable and not like plastic. It is also robust enought to be used as a pillow to sit when hill walking etc, but with a bit of care not to put it on rough surfices. The feature that I find most helpfull is that you can let a little air out once you are in a comfortable position to optimize your posture, especially if you have a sore back and need to get it just right.
