I am amazed at how sensitive this is. For instance if I walk on the carpet with just socks on, it will reveal a trail of HOT glowing footprints. It will show me the exact path of C/H pipes under the floor. It will reveal small leaks around doors and windows. As other people have noted, it is all too easy to accidentally turn it off, or take a photo. I also find it all too easy to let a finger rest on the lens, which I then have to clean. I think I need to gripe about the manual.. I find its coverage of functionality and settings rather superficial. That would be OK if I could find a proper manual on the website. No, it's just the same. It's fortunate that youtubers are willing to share their knowledge. I also bought this device knowing that it will not connect to a Mac. Though I really wish it would. There are ways, I'm told, but I have yet to explore how to do it. I'm new to Android. I think the manufacturer just assumes that everyone knows how to drive one from the get-go. So, following instructions in the manual to view captured images, I tap "Gallery". All I get is "Permission error". Not helpful. I can tap "files" instead, then "images". It shows me thumbnails. But what do I do to select it and fill the screen? I guess at tapping it? Nah! Permission error. I'm hopeful that in the end I'll master it like a pro, but so far all I can do is real time imaging. And that might be enough.

Das Gerät ist das Beste im Moment auf dem Markt.Habe andere besessen, auch mit höherer Auflösung der IR-Kamera, aber die habe ich zurück geschickt.Gute Bildverarbeitung und Darstellung.Ein Punkt ist allerdings:Technisch gesehen ist das Gerät ein Handy mit schwachem Prozessor und kleinem Bildschirm mit wenig Auflösung.Ein Handy mit USB Wärmebildkamera zeigt bessere Bilder, aber ist halt kein komplettes Gerät.Das muß man nicht machen, die bessere Hardware kostet bestimmt nicht die Welt.Dazu kommt, dass ein modernes Android installiert ist, das ist aber gesperrt.Das heißt, man kann keine anderen Apps aufspielen.Wer das Handbuch anschaut, findet den Hinweis auf den Support, der anscheinend weiß wie man das Gerät frei macht.Allerdings scheint der Support sein Manual selbst nicht zu kennen....Nachdem ich mehrfach versucht habe eine Antwort zu bekommen wie man das Gerät frei macht, werde ich dauernd gefragt, irgendwelche Videos und Screenshots zu machen von dem "Fehler"....Der aber keiner ist.Diese Herren haben ganz einfach ihr eigenes Handbuch nicht gelesen.Sehr schade, dass man als Kunde mal wieder für Dumm verkauft wird, das hat das eigentlich gute Gerät nicht verdient.Ich hoffe auf Besserung.
