As a psychiatrist and psychotherapist for 50 years, I used these writing pads for many years. I'm retired now. I found that my system of notation, with abbreviations, allowed me to keep legibly useful notes, while maintaining an empathic connection and therapeutic responses to my patients. I used them for my review. The paper on these pads is thick enough to be able write on both sides.

Tried the other brands and found that most of them are only 50 sheet pads and the pages do not tear evenly when taking a sheet off the pad.''Tops is tops'' when it comes to legal pads in my book. The last bundle I bought will probably outlast me, but I do like the quality plus the thick backer board makes for good drawing stock if you are making a template for something.

勉強する時に書いて覚えるのでヘビーユースしています。日本のコストコ実店舗での販売がなくなったそうで、その影響もあるのか適正価格で買えないのが現状です。コストコオンラインでは2478円で販売されています。私が1年以上前にAmazonで購入した時は3135円でした。3135円だと、1冊348円です。伊東屋のリーガルパッドだと1冊546円とさらに値段が上がる上に、TOPSは1冊100枚なのに対し、伊東屋は1冊50枚です。リーガルパッドに書いたものは書類として残すわけではないので、そこまで上質な紙は不要です。だからと言って、より安価なものを求めて紙質を落とすのも嫌です。裏の厚紙がかなり分厚くて、バインダーがなくても立ったまま書けるところも気に入っています（バインダーをつけると重くなる）。Amazon basicsに安価なリーガルパッドがあるので、TOPSのリーガルパッドをわざわざAmazonが仕入れて販売することは期待できません。それなら、Amazon basicsから、TOPSと同程度の品質になるような、ワンランク上のラインも出してほしいです。

These pads of paper are not legal sized, so be aware of that. They are regular sized 8 1/2 by 11 pads. The quality of the paper is phenomenal and I love the 100 pages per pad too! All around perfect purchase for me taking notes from my Bible right now, as I can get in lots of entire books of Bible notes before filling it up and going to the next pad, and none of the ink transfers through to the page behind it because of the thickness and high quality of the paper! Buy these pads as you won’t find a better deal for the price out on Amazon beyond this! As you would have to pay close to double the price you are paying for these pads to get the same quality and quantity you are buying right here, but for half the price! These pads rock and you won’t regret your purchase! That is, unless you want cheaply made, sheer paper, with no quality in it? Then there are other options out there for you to pay less but the paper is so thin that it’s ridiculous and I sent all of those pads back and kept these! Sure I paid less for those other pads, and it showed in the quality pads I received and promptly returned to get my money back! I will reorder these pads, and I feel lucky to have stumbled upon them, as they are so good, and I am extremely happy with my purchase! I give these pads a 5 Star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Rating all the way around!
