OK pour la T-7, sans problème. La qualité a un coût... Bien huiler le cuir (excellente qualité, lui aussi) avant utilisation.

Habe mir eine Schleppach Schleifmaschine anstelle der Tormek Geräte geholt. Der Lederbelag flog mir gleich bim ersten Messer um die Ohren. Der Lieferant veranlasste sofort einen Ersatz jedoch auch diese Scheibe erweckte wenig vertrauen. Ich habe die kaputte Scheibe abgedreht und als Aufnahme für die Tormekscheibe genommen (Metallteller ersetzt). Leder Abziehscheibe läuft rund und der Stoß ist perfekt verarbeitet. Nach bereits 20 Messern kein Verschleiß oder Ablösen zu sehen.... Top

People who sharpen knives NEED to use leather more often and this is the perfect wheel for your Tormek. If you have any high end knives, this is all you need to maintain that superb edge.

The Tormek system is a great sharpening system for woodworking tools and things like kitchen knives. The leather honing wheel is the finishing part of the process after the grinding wheel. My only suggestion is that the leather be a bit thicker. This is my first replacement of the wheel that come with the machine. I was away from woodworking for a few years and the leather on the orig. wheel was hard as a rock with dried compound. I use the honing compound sticks and not the paste that comes with the machine. I find the stick compound lasts longer, easier to apply, and more effective.
