Made a big difference for me a 6' tall verseys 1000 rider. May need to put OEM screen on for the hot summer months to get more air. Low turbulence however at full height it vibrates a bit and creates a little unwanted air activity. Drop it 1.5 inches and it us good. So if you are 6'2" could be an issue.

I'm 6'4 and the stock screen directed all the air into my visor creating a ton of noise. With this screen, the wind now hits just the top of my helmet and is much quieter. I can actually ride with the visor open now which was impossible before even at low speeds due to the high pressure wind hitting my eyes. Although I didn't want the dark tint, it was the only available option since the clear is backordered. It looks fantastic though.

The OEM windshield that came on my 2015 Kawasaki Versys 1000 LT was just horrible for buffeting, so much so I took it off and rode without any windshield. I took a chance and bought a light smoke Puig P5999H since it is both wider and taller, and I figured should provide better wind management, and boy it really does! I disagree with the other reviewer who said at 60 it wasn't effective BUT I'm about six foot tall and they may be taller. If you are 6 foot tall I can attest this shield provides good coverage at all speeds. I have it dropped to just below eye level and it directs the wind just over my head and if I wanted I could move it all the way up and have complete coverage. It's just really well thought out for size and design in my opinion. It hit the sweet spot of not too big to look awkward and the design really fits the style of the bike well. I have a black bike and this light smoke looks really good. The assembly to the bikes stock mounting hardware is really simple and takes very little time to mount. It mounted straight, with good fitment. There are a few options out there for windshields but this is the right choice I believe for form and function and the best part it's the best priced one out there. I've had it on a week now and put a hundred miles on it so If anything changes my opinion as time goes on I'll definitely follow up with any issues. The photo shows the shield about 1.5 inches from the highest setting.
