First of all, this is such a great product idea. really innovative. and overall i do really love it. however, im currently only using it as a tote and rarely as a backpack. it's difficult to wear it as a backpack because the two sides, become uneven when you go to wear it. using the same strap and pulling it down to turn it into a backpack, is a bit inconvenient and needs to be designed a bit better. also it's not that comfortable for the straps to be so thin.
