Note the threads are only cut into the alloy no metal or harden inserts ( a bit rough machining ) , mine got very close to cross threading , not looking forward to a pedal strike,?

The product would be great if it worked as described and I am sure it does work great under some conditions. But unfortunately, my crank arms were stuck and this tool broke inside the crank making my problem even bigger. I am disappointed in the craftmanship because this tool is not very strong.

The picture does not accurately depict the bolts. The bolts actually require 10mm and 6mm allen wrenches to tighten them. They do not require a pin spanner.

These work great with the Origin8 sub compact crank, crank brother's Cyan BB, and a Trek 3 series (2010) frame.
