I had surgery on 2 fingers at the same time for joint fusion. Most of the finger splints out there are for individual fingers. I needed one for two to keep them from bending for the 6 weeks or so needed for bone fusion. Very comfortable and easy to use.

Tried many splints for boxers fracture on 5th metacarpal. This one was by far the most comfortable, easiest to use to still allow for some mobility. The bendable metal splints allow for customization and comfort. Can support both 4th and 5th metacarpal as well if needed.
