Just want you all to let you know that i put in one of the tuffstufff 140 amp alternator in my 72 Olds 442. the black powder coat is flawless. the unit puts out 14.2 vdc while driving. Nice product. recommended for anyone with a GM auto.

With a 100 amp alternator was getting stuck on the side of the road with the ac and light’s on and now I don’t get stuck and the power of My new engine with the fans keep going and I am not stuck anywhere and life is great because My Wife doesn’t want to scrap our 1985 blazer even though it’s worth 30 thousand dollars !So I am truly happy now that she is truly happy 😃

This is a beautiful addition to any engine bay! We have numerous Tuff Stuff alternators in several vehicles and they are rock Solid! We love the one wire easy install and thier durability. The 140 amp allows for all the electronic upgrades/updates we make to our classic cars. We also love the Gen II Power Steering Pumps which allows us to update the steering to feel like a modern vehicle. Great products! If you look closely, you can see them both in the picture we have attached.
