I love that with a brush you have full control building up the pigment whilst it still being pretty opaque. With the soft sponge tools it goes on super opaque. They glide on many surfaces smoothly without losing any punch to the pigment. These are super grand to use weather you're looking to use them on resin or paper. I love them and highly recommend!PS: I know people had issues with them crumbling during shipping but mine came in without a problem. Well packaged and ready to use. It came in its own single container but I just added them to my stack of pastels.
