Passt vielleicht einer Barbie, aber nicht in eine menschliche Nase. Finger weg viel zu teuer, viel zu klein und die Rücksendung muss man selbst bezahlen.

This is small and has an effective mechanism to keep it in place. I am allergic to a lot of metals but this has caused me no problems.
