You get what you pay for. The keyboard keys get stuck and kinda squeak. I only don't return it because I don't want to wait in the post office... which I imagine is the idea.

I don’t know how to speak to someone about this, but for this for my son for Xmas and only used it a few times and the left headphone Jack ear isn’t working seems a loose cable. I would send it back but I hadn’t kept the cardboard box it came in, please can someone advise if or how I get this resolved @ Amazon?
