Installation: To start off, the backing of the adhesive ripped off, resulting in the inability to expose the adhesive to install the palm rest. In addition, guiding stickers were not provided, so you better hope you have really good precision when installing these type of things.Quality: the size of the cutouts of both palm rests were not identical. They were off but .XXXmm, which you may think isn’t big, but it is when the tolerances are this small (e.g, you’ll see uneven gaps between both palm rests).Color: DOES NOT MATCH SPACE BLACK (see photos). It makes this $4,000 MacBook look like a $200 Asus laptop now.Will be returning this as the palm rest does not match the colors shown in the product photos.

These fit my Dell XPS 15 laptop well and do a great job protecting the area to the left and right of the trackpad that were wearing out prematurely. The adhesive holds them down well and they are very low profile. Good value for the money.
