I ordered this for our family HVAC business and was so surprised with how quickly we were able to set this up. It took us no time at all to have everyone clocking in and out. I love that it comes with extra time cards as well. I will definitely be recommending this product.

Bought the time clock as a small business manager. It's as complicated or as simple as you need. The instructions for setting up take a while, as the system is designed to strictly enforce time in, breaks in and out, and clock out. It can automatically change the column for those punches and ring a chime automatically. Our company didn't need that. We skipped a lot of set up. We have our employees manually change the column for the punch in/out and it works great, as everyone is on different schedules. We didn't want to have to budget for a monthly or weekly syncing software. This time clock has the website that works decently. Only issue is that it is not secure, so we might be using a different website soon, as I don't want employee name & hours online with zero security.

Very satisfied with this punch in clock. The software that comes with it is online and is very helpful in calculating your hours. It is still fairly manual, but it is still pretty helpful. It is easy to install and the manual is fairly easy to follow if you are willing to take some time to read it and go through it. There are quite a few videos to help you as well. Very easy to operate. Plus, the punch cards are fairly inexpensive. I would recommend for small businesses that have 5+ employees.

My small company uses the HN3500 for a simple time and date stamp. The cards are then turned over to our payroll department to figure payroll so our needs are fairly basic.We used the time clock without incident for 6 months but then, for some unknown reason, it started to malfunction. At that point, I would have given it 1 star. However, I emailed the seller for a technical support number and received immediate response. Called the number and spoke with Mario who was extremely patient and walked me through the reprogramming of the entire system until we got the problem corrected. Now my time clock works like a charm again. I have determined that electronics are just electronics. They are only capable of putting out what is put into them so the most important part of any piece of equipment is the technical support that comes with it. For this reason, I am giving this time clock 5 stars because the technical support that came with it is definitely deserving. The time clock is not so bad either!
