I absolutely love this shawl. The fabric is soft, wool-like, and warm. The color was exactly as shown.This was an excellent purchase and I would recommend it.

I had one of these years ago and it looks exactly the same although it is a much finer weight. I washed it to see it became thicker after a wash and not noticeably so. It also has a strong smell and needs a wash before use. Note I actually love it - and just writing so that other people know what to expect. Its actually quite warm although thin and light. The only complaint I have is that the blanket stitch was not secured and unravelled very quickly (after one wash).

I dislike that this was all the packaging that the item was put in and UPS threw it on the ground/front step despite the lack of packaging. The product seem to be okay when I opened it and quality seems good. I only show it this way because my name and address was on the other side of the plastic. I have not tried it on as yet.
