Verschmutzung und Reinigung der Ohren
Schmutz, Fremdpartikel und abgestorbene Hautzellen, die in das Ohr gelangen, bleiben am Ohrenschmalz haften und werden daran gebunden. Die schmierige Konsistenz des Ohrenschmalzes sorgt dafür, dass der Schmutz besser aus dem Ohr transportiert werden kann.
Durch das Einspritzen mit lauwarmen Wasser in den Gehörgang wird das Ohrenschmalz aufgeweicht und das Ohr ausgespült. Verstopfungen werden gelöst und es entsteht ein sauberes Gefühl im Ohrkanal.

Wenn man mit derartigen Produkten grundsätzlich umgehen kann, einfach in der Anwendung. Am besten mit einschlägigem Präparat aus der Apotheke wie zB Otowaxol verwenden und natürlich den Empfehlungen von Fachleuten folgen.

Das Produkt ist seit 4 Wochen im Einsatz. Danke für dieses tolle Produkt.Was wurde bisher noch getestest? Wasserstoffperloxid (kein überzeugendes Ergebnis), Wasserdampf (gutes Ergebnis, aber zeitaufwendig), HNO (natürlich perfekt, wenn die Wartezeit und Terminproblematik wäre).Fazit zu diesem Orhreiniger: 1x die Woche ordentlich durchspülen befreit immens. Der Duck ist nicht unangenehm, und 100x besser als das Gefühl von Ohrjucken und Taubheit. Ich bin überzeugt.

War zuvor regelmäßiger "Gast" beim Ohrenarzt, nur um Ohrenschmalz aus dem dadurch "verstopften" Gehörgang entfernt zu bekommen. Habe danach mehrere Hilfsmittel (z.B. die Spiralreiniger oder Sauggeräte) mit eher geringer Wirkung probiert.Diese Ohrenspritze ist trivial, hatte jedoch die mit Abstand beste Wirkung. Selbst der kurz danach zu "Kontrollzwecken" aufgesuchte Ohrenarzt konnte kein Ohrenschmalz mehr finden. Spart mir somit Zeit und Geld.Man muss lediglich "sorgsam" vorgehen (warmen Wasserstrahl vorsichtig einspritzen) und sollte sicher sein, dass man keinen Riss der Trommelfelles hat, damit dadurch kein Wasser eindringen kann.

I wear earplug at work, and also have my hearing routinely checked (annually). I’d brushed off the ‘buildup of earwax’ comments from the clinician, as it’s been years since I’ve had to have my ears cleaned. Silly me; whilst abroad on holiday, my left ear totally blocked after several days of being in the pool. Returning on Sunday to the UK and the COVID-19 restrictions on doctors surgeries hasn’t helped. After a couple of days of using sodium bicarbonate drops, I ordered the 200ml version of this bulb, which arrived this afternoon. As advised by another reviewer, I stood in the shower and self-administered using tepid, previously-boiled water, with my blocked ear tilted up. Somewhere in the first 5x goes a reasonably large piece of wax dislodged, and after another 3x attempts, that old, familiar whooshing sound/sensation announced the loosening of the rest of my blockage and out it came. A cursory couple of bulbs full into my other ear cleared another large lump of wax. My hearing is now back to 5x5! A very nice quality item, that will now sit in the medicine cupboard for future uses.

So, this product worked well, but there are a few important things to future buyers to note, in order to get success -1) Have your head up, and slightly tilted to the opposite side to the ear you are cleaning, this seems to give the best chance for the flow of water to hit the right area and drain well,2) Open your jaw fully whilst doing it, has a significant effect on the ear canal inside your head, and again, allows for better flow.3) Persevere, I did this maybe 5 times one week (after using some olive oil drops) and then again a week later, again maybe 5 times, and the results after the last go I did, well, astonishing. Check the photo I attached that show a couple of choice chunks, it's gross, but I'm so pleased to get that out.4) (I do this in the shower, sounds a bit weird, but it's the best way to be able to position your head so it is up (eyes looking forward) and head slightly tilted away from the ear you are cleaning, without having to worry about all the water getting everywhere (this positioning is difficult to do over the sink without getting water all over yourself and the floor). Regardless, it is worth the effort.)5) Don't use cold water, you'll will get dizzy. Tepid water is best.Background about me is, I suffer with significant impacted ear wax as in my job I need to wear ear plugs a lot, so my ears just don't drain. This affects my hearing, so having a way to routinely and effectively irigate my ears is great, with patience and time, this has even removed the dark boulders of ear wax from my ear canal that you can see in the photo.What I would say is, definitely use some sort of oil drops to soften the wax over a few days first, and play the long game, this is tricky stuff to get out, so don't expect it all to come flooding out in one go, ear canals are small and intricate, and ear wax is changeable, horrible stuff so use this thing regularly, results are great if you use it repeatedly and have patience.
