Nach unzähligen geplatzten Sandsäcken und genau so vielen wackeligen bi-pods, bin ich endlich auf diesem Artikel gestoßen. Da Caldwell selbst für Sandsäcke Preise aufruft, die sich nur durch eine Füllung mit Goldstaub rechtfertigen lassen, hab ich gesucht ... und gesucht ... - und jetzt endlich gefunden!Die Auflage steht bombensicher und stabil. Sie ist hochwertig verarbeitet und bewegt sich beim Schuss keinen Millimeter. Die Höhenverstellung funktioniert ebenfalls tadellos.Somit kann ich diese Auflage nur jedem zu 100 Prozent ans Herz legen, der möglicherweise auch gerade Reiskörner aufsaugt und sich fragt, was eine bessere Alternative wäre. Top Gerät!!!!

Preis ist gemessen an Material und dem Herstellungsort recht hoch, daher auch nur 4 Sterne.Aber die Funktion ist einwandfrei.

Die Waffenstütze steht sehr stabil und das Gewehr liegt sauber in der Führung. Die Höhe lässt sich sehr gut einstellen. Ideal zum einschießen von Optiken oder zum hobbymäßigen Präzisionsschießen. Allerdings ist der Preis recht sportlich.

A 57.99€ (légèrement vendu au-dessus du prix), excellent trépied, qualitatif, très compact, et aussi stable que certains trépieds bien plus encombrants. Le petit soucis relevé pas certains utilisateurs, la vis centrale dépassant sous le sac, semble avoir été résolu, du moins ammélioré par le fabricant, c'est encore le cas, mais vraiment minime, inférieur à l'épaisseur d'une carte de crédit.Le système de réglage de la hauteur, bague à soulever pour débloquer le coulissage de la tige, comparé à la traditionnelle molette tournante, est un peu déroutant au départ, faut s'y habituer, mais néanmoins fonctionne parfaitement, et offre même un maintien suffisant sans que la molette inférieure de serrage soit serrée.

This item is a mid range item at a mid range price.I think that it is absolutely ideal for someone like me who is returning to shooting, is not interested in hunting, but loves firing an air rifle at targets up to and including 55 metres.So what do you get? A sturdy tripod based gun rest, which will be more than adequate to use as a bench rest or for firing in the prone position. I have thre rifles, a Gamo whisper sting, an FAC Weirauch 80K, both of which being break barrel rifles are not really suited to fittinga bipod, on the other hand, this rest, with its v shaped pillow is ideal. My other rifle is an S400, soon to be replaced with a BSA CLX. I don’t like bipods in use or to fit and therefore this rest suits me for bench or ground when in the prone position. Firing the Gamo is fairly straightforward, but the Weirauch at 18+ft lbs is a different rifle altogether and whilst it’s weight helps control the power this rest is a fantastic aid to support a powerful “springer”.Build quality is excellent, the aluminium tripod legs when opened offer a degree of resistance, but more importantly offer a very steady, indeed rigid, rest. The pillow itself is well filled and whilst I tend not to use the velcro fastening for the "springer" I do for the PCP and it holds the stock and barrel nicely. I particularly like the single handed height adjuster, which is smooth, but when the adjuster ring is dropped into place holds the gun firmly locked and exactly where you set it.Far far far better than a bag in my view and well worth £44.99.
