Cage came in pretty fast. I was worried when I seen the box had a bit of damage. As I opened it though, I quickly realized they packaged it really well. Not a thing was broken. I absolutely love this Cage. So does my panda hamster!

OMG this enclosure is amazing! I'm using it for my Syrian hamster and while it's technically considered not large enough by the internet's insane standards, it's actually a really big cage plus my little boy gets so much free roam time, we're doing great. I love that it's made of metal. A long time ago I had a hamster that got mites, and it turns out mites like to hide in wood so I vowed ever since then to not buy wooden enclosures. Plus, metal makes this chew proof! My only concern was how it rattled ever so slightly after being put together, but I easily solved that by running some clear silicone gel (the kind they use for aquarium tanks) along the edges and now it's literally the perfect cage. Putting it together was really simple and straightforward and I totally recommend this cage :)

Update: the replacement came in 2 days vs the original 7 and all the parts came without damage. It was a bit challenging putting it together myself but managed. So far the mice have not escaped out of the bars on the top so that is another plus.I ordered this on Feb 4th and just received it on Feb 11th. I was happy it arrived two days earlier but when I opened the box there were pieces of broken plastic, the top grate was bent and the bottom had a huge crack in it. I don't know what was heavy enough when dropped to crack metal like that! I ordered another and have to wait another 7 days. Hopefully the second one will arrive without being busted up! I will change my review when I get the replacement.

The cage is a great size for a dwarf hamster and was very easy to put together, but I was clearly sent a used one as its covered in scratches. I don't mind a used item, but I would have liked to not pay full price for it.
