I bought this fan because it's been so warm where I live and I couldn't even work in my garage and now just the nice breeze when I have the fan on high!I love it, I can work in my garage comfortably again!And I plan on using it the winter on low just to move air around in my garage!Works great!

At $100 I can’t complain’ it works awesome in our house at moving the air around inside as we have wood heat in our house.It runs 24 / 7 in the winter months for 2 winters now and it hasn’t given us any trouble.Highly recommended 🫑

I attached this to a square wooden post in my mower shed and it works great. I usually keep it on low and oscillating to keep the flying bugs at bay when working at night, but I can up the power to keep cool and adjust the head if I'm down working on the mower. Change in power, does not change the sound. Yes it gets louder the more power you have, but it's not overbearing and it's more sturdy than what I read. I think that depends on how well you anchor it to where it is going. It's not in the way and doesn't take up much room and that's helpful in tight spots.
