Got this back in December and it was great. I used it 3 to 4 times a week and today as I was walking it broke! I was hoping it would last longer than 3 months but I guess not!

I like that it fits well, waterproof and good quality. I have dogs and the only way to store the waking pad is flat under a futon or something. Dust and dog hair collect under the futon, so this cover definitely helps protect my walking pad.

We love this product. Doesn't take up too much room and stores away easily when we need it out of the way. Customer service is top notch! We had a minor issue and contacted customer support via email. They responded within 24 hours and solved my issue in a timely manor. Later I received a follow up email to make sure I was satisfied or needed any additional assistance. I was VERY pleased.
