Nach 6 Monaten ist das Gerät schon defekt und misst einfach keinen Puls mehr.

Vorher habe ich mehrere Puls-Oximeter ausprobiert, die auf eine Fingerspitze zu klemmen sind. Die sind ok, aber für eine Langzeitmessung über Nacht nicht geeignet: sie halten einfach nicht, wenn man sich im Schlaf bewegt oder sie schmerzen auf Dauer.Dieses Gerät ist super. Es sitzt prima, drückt nicht, der Akku hält 2-3 Nächte. Und die Kopplung zum Smartphone klappt hervorragend. Man muss nur wissen, dass während einer Aufzeichnung nicht das überwachende Smartphone speichert (es zeigt nur die aktuell vergangenen 15 Minuten der laufenden Überwachung), sondern nur das Oximeter selbst. Aber nach Ende der Aufzeichnung kann das Ergebnis problemlos vom Oximeter auf das Smartphone überspielt, dort betrachtet und dauerhaft gespeichert werden. Auch der Download z.B. als csv-Datei z.B. für Excel, klappt hervorragend.Alles in allem zwar teuer, aber genau das, was ich gesucht habe, um die Sauerstoffsättigung und insbesondere Schlafapnoen zu überwachen

ich habe bereits ein Vorgänger Gerät von der Firma get Value betrieben, mit dem ich zufrieden war.Nun habe ich dieses Gerät als neueres Gerät gekauft und wollte es, wie in der Betriebsanleitung zu lesen, mit der PC Software für Windows O2 Insight auslesen.Dies war jedoch nicht möglich, da der Computer das Gerät nicht erkannt hat, obwohl die batterieLade Funktion über den Computer funktioniert hat.Ich habe darauf hin Kontakt mit der Firma Viatom beziehungsweise getwellue aufgenommen.Die haben nun geantwortet, dass dieses spezielle Gerät mit der Seriennummer, was ich gekauft habe, nicht fähig ist, mit einem PC zu kommunizieren.Sie haben mir jedoch ein gleiches Gerät empfohlen, dass bei Amazon verkauft wird genauso ausschaut, aber 199 € kostet.Dass das von mir gekaufte Gerät nicht fähig ist, mit dem PC zu kommunizieren, wurde nirgendwo in der Anzeige mitgeteilt.Dies finde ich, gelinde gesagt, kein korrektes Geschäftsgebaren.Bis auf diesen Nachteil erfüllt das Gerät seine Anforderungen.Peter

As a sleep Apnoea sufferer, who has already had a heart attack, this was initially a great buy. The alarm vibration at the finger sensor does wake me up. I have noticed that the O2 readings were getting lower as time progressed. I have tried testing the device in real time against both my Braun oximeter and get 98% on the Braun and 94% on the ViATOM. I have tried different fingers and hands, however the difference in values does not improve. I reported this and sent a description and photographs to Viatom (Wellue) who rapidly identified that the item had failed and immediately sent me a replacement, which corrected the problem, so good customer service was received from Viatom.The sleep monitoring functionality of the device, I have not been able to review properly, as the functionality is only available for a week and then is chargeable at €74.99. In the 4 days that I used the premium service, I found that the results were quite different to the results that my Fitbit presented. I am inclined to trust my fitbit values as it correlated with my sleep results from the sleep laboratory.However, I can only give 4 stars due to the lack of sleep functionality without a costly (for some people) subscription.

leider war das Gerät nach einigen Monaten und deutlich unter einem Jahr funktionsunfähig. Dieses Viatom Model hat nach 10 Stunden Aufnahme abgeschaltet und trotz genügend Akku nicht wieder automatisch mit der Aufzeichnung begonnen. Mitten in der Nacht ist dies nicht so toll, weil dann das Gerät auch nicht warnt, wenn man es bräuchte.Das teurere Modell mit 72 Stunden ist besser geeignet, weil es automatisch mit nächster Aufnahme beginnt, solange genug Akku vorhanden ist.

This is an excellent pulse oximeter if you would like to monitor your oxygen saturation levels and heart rate continuously.Other pulse oximeters take a while to start reading so if you’re having a medical episode it may well have passed before you get chance to take a reading. It’s fantastic to be able to have a continuous record throughout the day or night.I mentioned to my pulmonary consultant (NHS telephone appointment) that my oxygen was dropping and he arranged for me to wear one of their “accurate” devices. It turned out to be the same make and model!Since then I’ve been able to share the excellent PDF files of my readings with him.Customer services are excellent too, I had an error occur which turned out to be a faulty ring sensor, they quickly sent me a replacement. With my hypoxia I often experience brain fog and I foolishly threw out the charging cable as well. When I asked customer services where I could purchase another, they sent me a replacement free of charge!

ViATOM Checkme o2-003 Firmware version 4.7.0I have used several different Pulse Oximeters during the last few years. Each has needed to be attached to a finger and has not, therefore, been suitable for providing information about my blood Oxygen levels through the night.This device, with its ring sensor attached to a finger or thumb, is easy to use and can be left in place for as long as required.The data (Oxygen Level, Pulse Rate and Motion) can then be exported to the ViHealth app and retained. Various graphical representations of the data are available allowing analysis over time. The manual for the app appears to have been written for an earlier version of the device firmware but it is not difficult to use and understand the app.I received the device on the third day of a cold when I felt quite unwell. I left the device attached to my thumb during the night and, despite my restlessness, it stayed in place and recorded an interesting set of data. I was very surprised, and quite worried, to see the poor oxygen levels and high pulse rate for half of my sleep time. A normal oximeter would not have recorded this information.The following night, when I was feeling better, I was delighted to see that my oxygen levels and pulse rate had recovered.When not being used with the sensor, the device becomes a very stylish watch, although seeing the time in bright sunshine is impossible. Simply press the button to display the time for one minute or press again to see the step count. Some users may find the step count helpful but it has its quirks.Firstly, it is extremely generous. Simply raising and lowering my hand a few centimetres adds two steps to the total. (This may appeal to those who want to achieve 10000 steps without exerting themselves!)Secondly, whenever the sensor is attached to the device the step count is reset to 0. This attribute could be useful if a user wants to count their steps (or hand movements) over a set period of time, but is not helpful if you want to automatically log a day's steps.The fact that the display is difficult to see in bright daylight means that it is impossible to know if the device is on or off. If you think it may be off and hold the button down to turn it on, you may inadvertently turn it off and thus reset the step count to 0.The device comes with a dust cover for the charging/sensor port. However, as this is very small and is easy to lose when the port is in use, it is a shame that the cover is not physically attached to the device.Although the manual explains how to clean the device it does not say how to clean the sensor.The Micro D charging cable needs to be looked after as replacements are not easy to find. It looks like a regular USB cable so could easily be misplaced.Conclusion: Although it is much more expensive than clip-on Pulse oximeters I am delighted with the Checkme 02 and would not wish to be without it.

Pulsioximetro Bluetooth. También sirve para monitorizar el sueño, tanto con las pulsaciones como el nivel de oxígeno. Incorpora 2 manuales en distintos idiomas incluido el Español. Uno es sobre el uso del pulsi y el otro del uso de la app. También trae un cable de carga con un puerto USB A y el otro es Propietario, así que ojo con dañar el cable.Es un poco lioso conectarlo al móvil, en mi caso a un iPhone Xr. Tienes que descargar la app desde la Apple Store. En la caja hay un código QR, uno para IOS y el otro para Android. En IOS se descarga siempre la ultima versión. Una vez instalada y colocada la pulsera en la muñeca y el pulsi en el dedo, procedemos a emparejarlo con la app.Me ha costado un par de intentos pero no ha sido complicado. La verdad es que el manual es un poco regulero y es difícil de entender, tanto el uso del pulsi como de la app.Una vez lo tienes, recomiendo mirar si existe una actualización de firm del pulsi. En mi caso tenia la última versión.Ya lo tienes disponible y se van realiza las lecturas en el iPhone. Si es cierto que si te alejas en exceso del móvil, se pierde la captura de datos en el móvil pero se sigue almacenando el el pulsi, por lo que a la hora de volcar los datos a la app, estos están disponibles.Para hacer el volcado de datos, tienes que apagar el pulsi y cerrar la app, luego arrancas la app, enciendes el pulsi y automáticamente se vuelcan los datos. Aquí el manual vuelve a dejar que desear.Si el das permisos a la app en Salud, los datos que se capturen se almacenan y se muestran en dicha app.Lo he usado una noche para dormir y la verdad es que no me he enterado de que lo llevaba.Lo único que no me ha gustado es que el conector que lleva es propietario, tanto para cargarlo como para conectarlo al pc/mac para ver los datos. Quizás si hubiera llevado un USB C hubiera sido mejor.Muy práctico.

Das Gerät ist angenehm zu tragen aber bei Sonnenschein sehr schlecht abzulesen, aber wann ist man schon in der Sonne. Das ist mir nur aufgefallen und stört eigentlich nicht.Da ich Lungenfibrose habe möchte ich meine Lunge trainieren(ich hoffe das geht) und unabhängig vom extra Sauerstoff machen. Tagsüber benötige ich keinen mehr. Ich laufe(gehe) ,wenn das Wetter es erlaubt 2-4Kkm am Tag dabei nutze ich das Gerät wenn der Sauerstoff im Blut unter den von mir angestellten Wert sinkt fängt es an zu vibrieren dann leg ich eine Pause ein um durch tiefes durchatmen meine Lunge wieder auf 95-98% zu heben dann geht es weiter

Très bon oxymetre pour la mesure du taux oxygénation dans le sang et le rythme cardiaque.L’appareil est simple d’utilisation, une fois allumé, il procède au premier réglage seul.Une fois le téléchargement de l’application et l’enregistrement de l’appareil, il commence directement l’enregistrement des données.Une courbe se présente pour l’oxygène et pour le rythme cardiaque.J’ai pu constater que j’avais un problème lors de mes nuits et grâce à cette application j’ai été diagnostiqué que je faisais de l’apnée du sommeil, donc merci.Je ne le regrette pas, je vous le conseille même 😉Satisfait, je le recommande ✅
