They responded in good English, provided some advice, and replaced the old sensor.As an evaluation, I gave five stars, as I am convinced that the device delivers all the promised functions described in the instructions.

Als Schlafapnoe Patient zeigt mir das Gerät an, wann in der Nacht meine Maske Nacht nicht richtig saß!Sauerstoffgehalt ging durch Schnarchen in den Keller.... finde ich persönlich sehr aufschlussreich. Gerät macht wertigen Anschein. Da ich mehere Produkte habe die die APP verwenden, war ein koppeln mit Smartphone ein kinderspiel. PerBluetooth werden Daten direkt in die APP übertragen und man kann dann Daten wie Sauerstoffstufe, Pulsfrequenz Bewegung, visuell betrachten, sehr gut. Was mir nicht so gefällt, ist das Armband, da ich sehr grosse Hände habe, muss das Band immer ganz geöffnet werden um es am Handgelenk zu befestigen. Ausserdem ist es doch sehr starr. Deshalb ein Punkt abzug. Ansonsten gutes Gerät würde ich wieder kaufen.

Davvero un ottimo aiuto nel monitoraggio delle apnee notturne. Funziona benissimo. Il venditore mi ha spedito anche un ricambio quando il sensore si è un pò danneggiato. Lo ricomprerei!

Die Änderungen bei der Anzeige und Messung von Blutsauerstoffwert und Puls sind sehr langsam. Bei einer Schlafapnoe fallen die O2 Werte nach unten, erhohlen sich dann aber schnell wieder. Diese zackigen Kurven zeigt das Gerät nicht an. Hier ist eher eine runde Kurve, die sich langsam auf den O2 Wert angleicht. Für eine genaue Nachtmessung mit genauen Werten ist das Gerät also nicht zu gebrauchen. Man kann hier allerhöchstens eine Tendenz ablesen, wie sich O2-Wert und Puls nachts verhalten. Vielleicht ist der Sensor, der an der Seite des Fingers misst, nicht an der Unterseite der Fingerspitze wie normale Geräte, doch nicht so gut wie er hier angepriesen wird.Eigentlich ein gut zu tragendes Gerät, auch mit internem Speicher, der am nächsten Morgen die Daten in die App überträgt. Allerdings ist es viel zu ungenau für den Preis. Deshalb wird es zurückgeschickt...

Habe das Produkt erworben, um meinen Schlaf zu tracken. Hier stoßen Smartwatches doch an Grenzen.Das Gerät kommt sicher verpackt mit kurzer Anleitung. Die Einrichtung ging ganz einfach von der Hand. App installiert und schon kanns losgehen. Der Sensor startet automatisch, wenn er das Tragen am Finger wahrnimmt. Kurz danach lassen sich die livedaten bei Bedarf auf dem Mobiltelefon ansehen. Diese sind jedoch auch auf dem Armband gut ablesbar.Man kann das Gerät an den vorgegebenen Fingern gut und bequem tragen. Nach 2-3 Nächten gewöhnt man sich daran und kann damit gut durchschlafen.Die Messungen werden nach starten der Handyapp und des Gerätes automatisch übertragen. Man erhält Diagramme mit wichtigen Infos zu Schwankung, Cutoff etc.Der Punkt, an dem das Gerät warnt und vibriert (definitiv stark genug) ist frei wählbar (1% Schritte). Auch die Vibration kann in mehreren Stufen gewählt werden. Die Mitte reicht mir hierbei aus.Die Daten lassen sich über die App bequem exportieren, falls man medizinisches Konsil dazu benötigt.Die Genauigkeit der Daten ist mit einen Fingerpulsoxi gut zu vergleichen. Hier unterscheiden sich Puls und SPO2 nur um 1%. Denke also, dass eine genaue Messung gut möglich ist, was man bei dem Preis aber auch erwarten darf.Kleiner „Minuspunkt“ ist die Lade/Sensorbuchse. Hier wird weder USB mini oder C benutzt. Es handelt sich um etwas eigenes. Ich hoffe das Kabel hält also lange oder kann bei Bedarf ersetzt werden. Das Kabel des Sensors ist jedoch fest, sollte dieses also einen Defekt aufweisen, müsste man einen neuen Sensor erwerben. Es macht aber einen soliden Eindruck, daher ziehe ich vorerst keinen Stern dafür ab.

So I tried it out last night and it works well. I always suspected I suffered from sleep apnea but when I started waking up suddenly in the middle of the night completely drenched in my own ice cold sweat I knew something needed to be done. So after my first try my oxygen levels are indeed plummeting alarmingly but thankfully the vibrator wakes me up before any more serious damage can be done. I can also use the app charts to show my doctor that there really is a problem to be addressed here. The product seems quite expensive for what it is but when i consider what it is actually is doing for me I’m glad that I spent the money. I think I could be using this every night until I get the problem sorted, it’s very reassuring to know that this little guy is watching me throughout that night and giving me a little nudge just when I need it.Ps.. an addition in response to other more recent posts that question the accuracy of this device ....I also care for a copd patient and have used this device as well as another thumb monitor on them and they accurately correlate with the paramedics professional readings with regards to spo2 levels ... so anyone getting wildly inaccurate results from this device evidently must have other issues they need to resolve.

Raramente ho il tempo di recensire ciò che acquisto,purtroppo,ma in questo caso, dopo alcuni giorni di utilizzo, penso che la recensione possa aiutare chi ha bisogno di uno strumento di questo tipo per sé o per qualche famigliare,dato il periodo.Partiamo dai punti forti:è leggero,all' uso appare di cotruzione robusta,le forme smussate ne migliorano la scorrevolezza dentro un pigiama,tra le lenzuola o anche sotto ad una maglia,riducendo i possibili danni ai tessuti e la possibilità che l' insieme strumento e sensore,possano scollegarsiL' ho acquistato dopo aver letto attentamente le critiche negative,pensando che in alcuni casi forse non fosse stato capito.Certo, se arriva difettoso o danneggiato,ovvio, c'è pco da fare,ma se usato con attenzione,è un valido supporto QUALITATIVO agli andamenti dei parametri misurati.Ritengo che la saturazione risulti alla fine sottostimata (per fortuna!) ma le curve proposte danno chiare indicazioni dei periodi notturni di calo e/o forte calo della saturazione.Ho notato che in caso non riesca ad effettuare una misura ritenuta valida,i dati vengono popolati con valori al massimo per quella grandezza, in modo tale che il software (io uso quello su Pc, più dettagliato ed in grado di esportare tutte le sessioni in formato CSV), andando "furoi scala", nel formare il grafico,di fatto lo offre con i "buchi" ben visibili.Quanti ?Devo dire che una sola volta ho ottenuto un buco serio, di 46 minuti, perché mi ero ostinato a cercare per l' anello una posizione molto vicino all' attacco della falange del dito indice al tarso della mano: posizionate l' anello nel "cuore" della falange, dove c' è una vascolarizzazione più ricca e ben illuminabile dall emettitore dell' anello.Ho parecchie notti senza neppure un' unterruzione della serie dati.Per la precisione, ome anticipato, sottostima quasi sicuramente, non campionando per brevi periodi con uno strumento non adatto all' uso nottuerno, ma perché bisogna concedere che qualche piccolo movimento durante il sonno e quindi lunga sessione, possa modificare il valore rilevato per difetto.L' anello, i vero elemento didtintivo di questi prodotti.Ho dita lunghe e non certo grosse, per cui temo che per chi abbia dita molto robuste, questo prodotto NON vada assolutamente bene, pena valori ancora più inesatti e la rapida rottura della linguetta elastica che permette all' anello medesimo di rimanere aderente al dito.Peccato che l' azienda non abbia pensato a produrre almeno 3 taglie del suo interessante sensore.Ne ho acquistato un secondo che penso di utilizzare durante alcuni tipi di attività sportiva (ciclismo BDC ed MTB) con l' anello protetto dai guanti e l' "orologio" che non crea alcun fastidio.La durata della batteria.Piccolo, leggero... per qualcuno le circa 16 ore di durata della batteria possono in affetti essere un problema, per me non perchè lo ricarico sempre dopo ogni sessione.Un ultimo appunto al cinturino: l' aggancio è simile ad altri già visti in alcuni smarth/healt watch: non so se l' azienda sia in grado di fornirne una volta rotto (perché si romperà)Il problema lo avrò però più su quello che userò in attività sportiva che quello in notturna.Credo per esperienza che, SE TRATTATO BENE, un anno di uso continuo lo superi senza problemi.Aggiungo una nota sul software per Pc: con esso si può fare tutto quello che è possibile fare con l' app per smartphone, cioè configurare lo strumento (soglie di vibrazione, vibrazione sì/no, sincronizzazione orologio, Factory Reset), in più permette il plot riassuntivo e dettagliato delle sessioni con possibilità di inserire note, alcuni dati peronali e di esportare in pdf i grafici prodotti o i semplici dati raccolti in CSV per analizzarli con prodotti più evoluti.Le 4 stelle sono per la durata della batteria e la difficoltà di aggancio del cinturino, problema sicuramente più sentito da persone molto in là con gli anni.
