I would advise against buying this sofa. The wood is poorly finished, the drill holes are not clean, the boards are cut askew and of different lengths. Some of the dowels arrived damaged. When you put them in the drill holes, they disappear so deep into the wood that the head barely peeks out to connect a board. When carefully (!) turning the sofa over, some of the dowels broke. Overall, the sofa makes a very unstable impression. As I don't want to take it apart again, pack it up and take it back to the post office, I will now reinforce the sofa myself using brackets. I am also skeptical as to whether the sofa is actually weatherproof. The wood doesn't seem to have a protective coating. The instructions are very complicated and incorrect. Without a cordless screwdriver, assembly takes hours and is very tiring and not at all intuitive. Better invest your money in another product, otherwise you will have spent money on scrap.
