Viltrox became my go-to lens since I started my Sony APS-C journey (A6700 and ZVE-10Mark2). I am using this lens for VLOGS, Streaming and any YouTube talking head video content. Do no sleep on this lens, I would take this over 16mm wide angle as at times that's too wide for Vlogs and this isn't talked about enough (my own opinion). Focus breathing on this is very very minimal and there is a whole break down of this lens on Christopher Frost - YouTube channel I would recommend watching as he goes over the entire lens bokeh, vignetting and build quality. This lens comes with me everywhere I go and I would purchase this again in a heart beat. I hope this helps anyone on the fence trying to buy this and hopefully this works for your use case.

Needed this to fill in the gap between my Sigma 16 and 30 lenses. This is the one I need for my space when recording presentations and it's excellent.

This lens sits in a class of its own. A 35 full frame equivalent focal length with a super fast f1.4 is unique enough, but then add sharpe images, and accurate quick autofocus and you're got a winner. As an A6400 owner, I wish it had lens stabilization for video work, but the fact that it is still light enough to balance on my Crane M2 gimbal means I can still get noise-free, buttery-smooth footage in low light. Can't do that with the kit lens! The autofocus is a bit loud, but only picked up on the internal mic, not my side or top mounted mics. For those wondering about 23mm, it's an incredibly versatile focal length - never feels too close nor too far away. So it can be a great option for the perfect walk-around travel lens. All these features and good build quality at a great price? Easy 5 stars for me.
