Produkt hat Programmausfälle. Nach 3 zählen die Programme nicht mehr die Zeit nach unten und es kocht immer weiter und damit egal wie wenig Sie reingeben - es kocht über das Ventil über!!!Verkäufer kann nicht kontaktiert werden und eine Inanspruchnahme der Garantie für einen Umtausch oder eine Rückgabe ist nicht möglich!!!

Used my rice cooker for the first time and i am super impressed with the product.the design is sleek and looks great on my counter top. i was a bit sceptical having read some of the review with complaints of excess bubbling and overflow and the cooking time. but so far after one use i have found it so good. the rice is cooked to perfection and the 35 minute cooking time is no bother for me either.it has several functions for you to enjoy and a great mixed rice function which allows you to cook veg with the rice at the same time for a lovely vegetable rice option. super quiet while cooking and it beeps when the rice is done and you can keep it warm if you are not quite ready to serve. simple instructions.i looked and looked for the right rice cooker so if you are in doubt then i highly recommend this product we also have the same make in the airfryer which i get on well with. vittini are a good brand i thinkmake sure you don't miss the rice spoon in the packaging, we though we didn't get one but it is hidden amongst the packaging but there is a card inside reminding you not to throw the spoon away which was cute .

So so so excited for this one when it came, always wanted a rice cooker as I’ve always heard that’s how you get perfectly fluffy rice every time without having to time it and stir the pot and all that. Tried it twice with two different kind of rice and twice it came out like dried porridge. I used the correct amounts of rice and water and washed my rice but still the cooker didn’t seem to show a cooking time and definitely didn’t stop when it was ready. The water also comes out as the rice is cooking from the top of the cooker. Mind you I was cooking 1 cup of rice with recommended 2 cups of water. Amazon were amazing as usual, returned for a refund.

Der Kocher ist qualitativ sehr hochwertig. Alles fühlt sich stabil an und optisch ist er ein echter Hingucker. Die Programme lassen sich leicht durch berühren auswählen und laufen super! Das Aufheizen und kochen geht zügig. Der Topf ist aus wertigem Material und alles ist sehr einfach zu reinigen. Für den Preis unschlagbar

Sehr schoene Optik, leider fuer mich als Vietnamesin fuer den alltaeglichen Gebrauch nicht geeignet. Normale Reiskocher (wir kochen jeden Tag) brauchen ein kleines Ventil/Oeffnung am Rand, damit das ueberschuessige Wasser ablaufen kann. Hier bleibt das Kondenswasser am Rand stehen, den Reis kann man leider nicht im Kocher lassen, da er dann nach einem halben Tag matschig wird durch das Wasser. Ausserdem geht der Deckel automatisch auf, ein leichtes runterklappen funktioniert nicht (z.b. um den Reis etwas abzukuehlen, komplett offener Deckel=schnelles abkuehlen). Schoenes Design, fuer gelegentliche Nutzung voellig i.O.

Its "Best Rice cooker" for everyday use ( 4 people family). I made White rice & Brown rice & it turned out perfectly. Great design, easy to remove & clean pot & upper cover lid. Inner pot is 15.5 cm in inner diameter with 10.5 cm height (without the edge & outer thickness). Looks great on the counter. --- I only wish they had added temperature in booklet with other infor they have provided to cook various dishes in various settings to be more precise - ( I think I can cook Cake, yogurt & slow cooking food on 'Keep warm' & other settings ). Its definatley a complete product with me applying those changes for my personal use & has "built in Timer" too. :)Make sure to grab "Spoon" provided before you throw the box away as it's easy to miss with stuck in white cardboard (they also wrote this on paper note inside).Very Happy with Purchase & highly recommend other products of this brand- They seem to have innovative solutions at a reasonable price. I also own a "Tri-ply" steel pot set & it's great. They provided great service too. Hope they bring more range of products with small steel pan pleasee.Thank you.
