Super super cute and good quality. Love that the ita bag has a removable insert for pins. It was smaller than I thought it was going to be from the pictures. I'm not able to put my iPad in it like I hoped but works for most everyday things. Main disappointment is it shows it can be a backpack but it only came with one strap. So, I can only use it over the shoulder. I'm gonna see if I can use straps from another bag or order some separate. Otherwise, it's a nice bag. Great to customize.

It’s such a cute bay and is nice for holding pins, keychains, and plushies on the side! It’s pretty wide space but, it isn’t long so you can’t fit tall books inside! Still good though

The bag is smaller than I thought but I can still fit everything I need in it. Each pocket has a star charm on it, I find it adds to the cuteness. I just got the bag so I haven’t had a chance to get the ears to stay up properly. It holds my chibi key chains I was worried about damaging (the whole reason I bought the bag) the main pocket holds a note book, a mini first aid kit, and a couple other things with room to spare

This was a gift for our 15-year-old granddaughter who lives overseas and chose this particular backpack which we were able to order online. (Amazon makes this so easy and affordable as opposed to shipping items ourselves to another country.) She said it was "awesome"-- except that (sorry to say) it came with a roach in it! Otherwise, she would have rated it a 5-star. Not only is it cute but is good quality and has various pockets inside and out which is a feature she especially likes.
