My boys were dubious about these, after all - they look like little Pacman, not necessarily like something you can hae a water fight with.So I had to persuade them to have a go - they are not going to leave a mess in the garden they need to pick up, they won't burst in their faces, they can be filled repeatedly from a bucket, they don't hurt (much) to be hit with, they are easy to hold and throw. They are good for the environment if they don't leave rubber everywhere.Pack of 12, six different colours, they need squeezing until rounded, then you dip them in water, close them up (the water loosely holds them closed), then throw them at your target.Son and I practiced hitting each other with them, it's felt but not painful. They don't hold as much water as a balloon so won't get everyone soaked too early. These bounce off walls easily and without damage.They are very thick, lovely and smooth, wipe-clean, and a size that even smaller children could hold (even if with two hands) and throw.Lovely summer toy, guilt-free.

All good. They do what they claim to do. Quite fun for a little one and they save on lots of bits of water balloon littering the place. Remember, you can never fill them above the halfway mark, or else the water ‘balloon’ won’t seal shut. To seal, it sort of clicks into place and creates a watertight seal. At the same time, it’s weak enough for the ‘balloon’ to split open when you throw it. It feels as if there a few small magnets embedded into the rim on each side to hold the two pieces together. All very clever! Fun to be had in the sun. Price wise, you get twelve pieces for seventeen quid. That works out at £1.40 each. I suspect that this is massively marked up compared to what these cost to make. These will be getting churned out in China for pennies. This feels very expensive for what they are - a couple of bits of silicone and a few magnets. To conclude, fun but feels very expensive for what you are getting. Shop around before buying, as there are loads of these on Amazon.

We get these every year! They are the perfect addition to anyone’s summer. My older son (7) is dyspraxic and really struggles with his motor skills but even get can use these with ease. My younger son (4) loves them too. We have given them often as presents to others who also love them.

We haven’t used these reusable water balloons just yet, but first impressions are really promising! They look great – colourful, well made, and I love that they’re silicone, leak-proof and non-magnetic, which feels a lot safer for little ones. The fact they refill and seal in just one second is a real bonus – no fiddly tying like traditional balloons!I bought these for my son’s upcoming garden birthday party, and I think they’re going to be a huge hit with the kids (and probably the adults too!). They come in a handy storage bag as well, which will make tidying up after the water fight a breeze.Fingers crossed for some sunshine – but rain or shine, I’ve got a feeling these will be a favourite all summer long. I’ll update this review once we’ve properly tested them out, but so far, very impressed.

Soft silicone water bombs that automatically reseal once plunged into water for filling- no magnets involved. They are infinitely re-usable and come with a net bag for storage and drying. Good fun (if a bit wet!) in the bath, and summer is coming so these are great for outdoor and pool play. A bit on the expensive side, so make sure you can retrieve them.

+ Kindertauglicher Spaßfaktor:Meine 4-jährige Tochter hat sie sofort ins Herz geschlossen. Kein Gefummel mehr wie bei Ballons – hier sollte es heißen einfach befüllen, zusammenklappen, klack, fertig! Leider hält der Verschluss nicht immer. Durch den seitlichen Rand sind sie auch nicht so ideal.+ Magnetverschluss = Gamechanger: ist okay.+ Farbenfroh, aber...:Die Pastellfarben sind hübsch – allerdings: Warum muss ausgerechnet Blau dabei sein? Im Pool ist das quasi unsichtbar. Ein bisschen mehr Kontrast hätte geholfen.+ Inhalt & Verarbeitung:12 Stück sind drin, fühlen sich stabil an, keine platzenden Nähte oder Ärger beim Spielen. Guter Mix für kleine Wasserschlachten.Fazit:Magnetisch, bunt, einfach – meine Tochter ist begeistert, trotz kleiner Schwächen. Wasserspaß ist trotzdem garatiert!
