Sie ist wirklich kompakt und auch gut geeignet zum Mitnehmen z. B. Pension, UrlaubGut finde ich auch den entnehmbaren Tank. Dadurch kann die Maschine auch bei längerem Stillstand gut entleert. werden.Nutze sie jetzt seit ein paar Monaten täglich und die Wasserqualität ist noch sehr gut ( Nachgemessen )Würde ich wieder kaufen

While it works in concept, and the water it produces is great, I ended up spending on a proper under sink RO setup. The issue is that the water tank is 3 litres, with a 1L separate, and removable reservoir with the processed and clean RO water. Because this is effectively a 2-3:1 system, after you dispense a bit more than a litre of water, the feed tank goes dry and needs to be emptied and refilled. The dirty waste water and clean water are actually kept in the same tank for the full 3 litre capacity, so yes, you do have to remove the whole tank, empty the remaining waste water, refill it, and then put the full tank back on. Because it continually processes water to keep the 1L reservoir full of clean water, it operates automatically after you dispense some water. And it is LOUD, including a lot of vibrations. The hot water function worked well for me personally, no complaints, other than the fact that the steam fogs up the touch screen when it dispenses it. The water where I am is horrible, 500ppm, this filtered it to about 55-60ppm. My current full under sink RO setup gets it to about 45ppm. For a single filter system it works very well. I wanted an easy standalone system , especially because I am renting and will move eventually, but the concept of a standalone RO system with a reservoir tank is just flawed and doesn't work in real life. However, the product itself works as intended so I gave it 4 stars.

Bin bisher zufrieden. Hab den Wasserfilterseit ca. 3 Wochen. Es lässt sich halt noch nicht sagen, ob der Filter auch ein Jahr durchhält, bevor die Maschine ihn getauscht haben möchte.

Eventually we got great water, but many unknowns setting up and frustrating reading confusing manual to finally get RO water as instructions are not sequential, or clear. Device suddenly stops producing pure water and hard to know why. Unplugged and plugged in again which seemed to produce water again ok, but hard to know what the device was designed that do in this case? QR code to register warranty failed, as did efforts to get a second filter by contacting Waterdrop via QR code on device. Hot water is fantastic. Tank needs filling constantly. Slow to filter, as is normal, so need to plan ahead so don’t have to wait to drink. Ill fitting lid on top and runs a bit noisy. Hope the provided filter lasts a year. Look forward to a year of pure water hopefully.

Il prodotto risulta essere di buona qualità costruttiva. L’acqua che produce è praticamente pura (non so se è positivo), il sapore dei primi litri filtrati è leggermente amaro, ma poi svanisce completamente ed ha un gusto piacevole.La funzione acqua calda lavora in maniera impeccabile, appena si tocca il tasto di erogazione esce acqua bollente.L’unica pecca, abbastanza fastidiosa per quanto mi riguarda, è la mancanza delle istruzioni in italiano e anche quelle in inglese sono comunque scarne. Non è difficile da utilizzare, ma un manuale d’uso più corposo non farebbe male.In conclusione, non sono un esperto nè ho fatto fare analisi approfondite, ho utilizzato uno strumento “amatoriale” per le verifiche, quindi non scendo in argomenti che non mi competono; ma mi sento di consigliarlo a chi vuole qualcosa di più di una caraffa filtrante e non vuole un purificatore ingombrante con il rubinetto da montare sul lavabo in cucina.

Tras 2 semanas de uso me sale Error 04 y hay que desenchufar y volver a enchufar para que vuelba a funcionar bien y quizás para poner el nuevo flitro que debes rellenar el tanque e ir tirando agua se hace un poco pesado pero en teoría solo es una vez al año . Aunque el agua sale buena y de calidad saludos !

Had an issue with my unit, but the problem was quickly soved as I was sent a new unit completely free. Big shout out to carina who gave excellent customer service and helped solve the issue 👌 the unit works wonderfully and ive been drinking loads more water because of it.

Nach langer Suche im Internet bin ich auf dieses Produkt gestoßen und absolut begeistert! Der Geschmack ist hervorragend, und die Wärmeabgabe ist genau richtig. Es reicht problemlos für eine kleine Familie mit 4 Personen. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich, dass es bis zu 1 Liter Wasser abgeben kann. Wirklich ein tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis – ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen!

I purchased this filter expecting it to filter against microplastics and PFAS chemicals. I tested my regular tap water and the waterdrop filtered water (at a professional water testing laboratory) and was shocked to see that there was ZERO filtration. The water drop filter does not filter hazardous PFAS at all. I doubt it can filter microplastics either since the entire filter system is made of plastic parts. Very disappointing.
