I have been waiting for years to pull the trigger and switch from AGM to LifePo4. I finally did it after reading reviews about WattCycle, particularly from YouTube Will Prowse who highly commended this battery's quality and build. The added benefit of the cost pushed me to try this battery. My battery arrived and it was not working and only had about 3 volts when I tested it with my multimeter. I was concerned that I just ordered a brick and this will end up costing me much more in the end. I contacted WattCycle customer support and they responded right away. After a couple emails and pictures of my problem they told me they will send out a new battery to replace the one I originally bought at no cost to me. The new battery arrived and everything worked as it should have. This company not only builds a quality product, but stands behind it also. I'm very impressed with their customer service and desire to take care of their customers. These batteries do what they say and have all the features you want and need from Bluetooth capabilities and even low temperature cut off which many budget batteries don't have or don't work. I highly recommend WattCycle batteries, you won't be disappointed.

100 Ah mini Battery arrived in excellent physical condition, well packed and delivered one day earlier than expected. installed in my class C for a week now and replaced 2 Interstate gc 6v batteries which lasted for 8 years. Decided on WattCycle after watching the reviews on YouTube. So far impressed especially with the blue tooth. The real time soc is really nice along with the new Victron 100/30 smart solar charger. Much more info than I’ve ever had. Love it. No issues on the batteries blue tooth, comes up quickly. Struggled to lift the 60# lead acid batteries but the 22# lithium made me smile. While the single lithium should give me just a little less capacity than the 2 6v, it’s amazing that the 100ah lithium is equivalent. At $179 it was less expensive than the 2 6v flooded lead acid.

quite well packaged for transport, loaded wattcycle app for android before the package arrived , took a little timeto connect the app to the batteries, there was a warning : low temp protection activated showed battery temps lower than threshold stated in the manual ( temps was -26C during night for last portion of transport ) did verify that it didn't want to charge with thw correct lifepo4 10 amps charger perfect did start to charge at the correct temp stated in the manual; hope to be able to buy the sames mini BT 100A soon if these become available -

First off, the batteries themselves are fantastic so far. Have had two in use for over three months and just picked up two more. Not an issue to speak of other than the following.The reasoning for three stars is the app or apps not working at all. The main, original app to connect to and monitor the batteries was BMS Meta. I am using the Android based app and it no longer functions since the latest update. It is unable to get past the new permissions setup process, which by the way appears to need access to virtually everything you do on your phone. The BMS Meta app was functioning in an acceptable manner in the previous versions. It was very simplistic and basically a status display screen for your batteries, which for my use case was just fine. Better than not working at all.Watt Cycle themselves appear to have started or progressed development on their own in-house battery management app and it is available as "WattCycle by ShenZhen Wattcycle Power Co., Ltd" It actually works pretty well with finding any batteries within Bluetooth range and having far more settings available to configure and adjust. I am unable to comment as to whether all the settings function properly when being used due to not being able to properly test. The one big issue is the individual batteries are very random whether they will connect with the app or not. This Watt Cycle branded app seems to still be in development, so I am hopeful it will improve drastically in the coming months. At least becoming a bit more stable and consistent would be a plus. When either one of the apps functions properly, the overall battery and app combination gets five stars all day. Without a functioning app, you are left with a dumb battery and no way to monitor power levels and other stats unless you buy an additional shunt or battery monitor. So please be aware you may not always be able to access power level info readily at this point.Thanks for reading and best wishes with your power storage journey.Update: WattCycle reached out unsolicited and offered an acceptable solution to the matter. I had some issues with my order but WattCycle was very responsive and made it right. They were professional, respectful, and prompt. They kept me informed as to the progress and did what they said. I would be happy to do business with them again.Battery works great. The size is perfect, great value, weight is good.
