I purchased this so I can get terminal access on my new Pi 5 if the network goes down. Windows installed the drivers automatically via Windows Update.To connect to a Raspberry Pi 5 using PuTTY, select Serial for the connection type, enter the COM port name (i.e. COM8), and set speed to 115200.Not only can you access a terminal provided it is enabled in the Raspberry Pi OS, but you can also see firmware messages as the Pi boots up.

Ce câble série intègre un adaptateur TTL, avec sélecteur 3/5V. Il est extrêmement utile pour ceux qui manipulent des appareils électroniques et souhaitent accéder au shell de programmation ou détecter le trafic série sur une broche d'un circuit intégré. Les LED sur le connecteur permettent de comprendre si des données sont reçues ou transmises ou non (fonction toujours utile en débogage). Il se termine par des connecteurs qui peuvent être connectés directement aux bergs du PCB et fait son travail de manière adéquate.

Funktioniert auf einem Macbook Air M3 mit Sequoia out of the box, ohne zusätzliche Treiber, mit einem Raspberry Pi 3 B+. Einfach Ground, RX und TX mit den richtigen Pins verbinden, "screen /dev/tty.usbserial-B0036E56 115200" am Terminal laufen lassen und los gehts.Der USB to Serial Adapter ist hochwertig verarbeitet, arbeitet mit 3 und 5 Volt und zeigt mit LEDs den Transfer an. Es gibt auch eine farbige Legende welcher Pin was ist, das ist blau und grün ein wenig schwer zu unterscheiden. Insgesamt sehr gutes Produkt.

Der Adapter "Waveshare Industrial USB to TTL (D) Serial Cable, FT232RNL Chip, Multi Protection Circuits, for Win7/8/10/11/Mac/Linux, with 4pin Header+SH1.0 3PIN Connector, for Raspberry Pi 5 Serial Port Debugging " wird in einem Produktkarton aus Pappe geliefert.Für die Inbetriebnahme des Adapters empfiehlt es sich die Infos im Herstellerwiki nach zu lesen. Dort findet man ein paar mehr info.Leider muss man dieses Wiki erst einmal im Netz suchen; was jedoch leicht zu finden ist.

J’ôte une étoile car aucun mode d’emploi, ou lien fourni.Cependant le produit est très professionnel.Donc à ce sujet, ce n’est pas un article que l’on se procure sans être avisé.Il faut donc se rendre sur le site, le wiki, pour trouver des informations diverses et utiles sur le produit.Je l’utilise avec un Raspberry Pi5, le brochage est parfait, sa reconnaissance aussi, reste plus qu’à programmer, analyser des interfaces avec. J’en suis satisfait.

Il Convertitore USB a TTL fornito da Waveshare è quel tipo di gadget che non sapevi di aver bisogno fino a quando non lo provi. Se ti trovi spesso a dover collegare microcontrollori, sensori e altri dispositivi con livelli logici TTL al tuo PC o ad altri dispositivi, allora questo è proprio quello che fa per te. Il dispositivo può essere connesso attraverso la porta UART oppure tramite i PIN singoli ad una vasta gamma di dispositivi, consiglio di seguire la guida presente sul sito di Waveshare per non creare cortocircuiti. Testato senza problemi sul Raspberry Pi 5 e sui Sistemi Windows e Linux. Assegno 5 stelle su 5 al prodotto.

Well, there isn't a whole lot to say about this USB-A to TTL serial cable except it seems fairly well made and works as expected without issues. It's fairly compact and portable although slightly lager versions of this do support more protocols and features but it really depends on your individual needs and requirements.Drivers might be required (provided on the official website) but it's completely plug'n'play for Win11 without any manual installation or user intervention. It works just fine without issues to flash some ESP8266 devices. It also has a LED for power, Tx, and Rx although many others do have these as well so there isn't anything fancy here. There are quite a few other USB/TTL adapters/cables out there; however, what I like the most about this is that it's fully-furnished (i.e. cables, switches) without using flimsy cables, jumpers or the alike.≡ ValueAll things considered, this is a decent USB-A to TTL serial cable that seems fairly well made and works as expected without issues. It's reasonably priced at $21 for what it provides and its overall build quality, versatility, and performance. Though, you can probably knock a few bucks off if you care to shop around.

Es ist zwar keine Anleitung dabei, aber wenn man bereits mit ähnlichen Adaptern zu tun gehabt hat, ist die Bedienung des Adapters fast selbsterklärend. Ich benutze den Adapter, um diverse Mikrocontroller ohne eigenen seriellen Konverter zu flashen oder auszulesen.Preis/Leistung ist noch akzeptabel.

Ich habe dieses Interface gekauft um einen ESP 32 auf einer Relais Karte zu programmieren. Was wirklich gut funktioniert hat kann das gerät für diesen Zweck weiterempfehlen. Home-Assistent mit ESP32 Home Erweiterung funktioniert damit.

Hier kann ich auch nur das schreiben was andere bereits gesagt haben.Der usb Adapter funktioniert problemlos eine Treiber Installation läuft aufgrund des originalen Chips unter Windows 10 und 11 ohne Zutun automatisch ab und funktioniert einwandfreiDie Verarbeitung des Adapters ist wertig und stabil der kleine 5/3v Schalter an der Seite kann auch nicht versehentlich betätigt werden da dieser im Gehäuse versenkt ist Nachteil es ist etwas Fummel Arbeit diesen zu schalten aber mit langen Fingernägeln oder einem Kugelschreiber etc. Sehr leicht möglich.Ich bin sehr zufrieden damit und es macht genau das wofür man es braucht.
