I purchase several things on Amazon and was giving pretty in-depth reviews. From this point on, here's the new agenda…. if it works as advertised, is well made, meets or exceeds the description, is a value, and arrives in a fair amount of time, it will get a "star rating" equal to what my expectations were/are. If it doesn't meet these criteria, then I will most definitely and descriptively tell the short comings of the products and you as a consumer will not have to go through the trouble of buying the product without some background knowledge. If the sell pulls that item and relists under another description, I will put the exact same review on the seller's feedback page. Sellers have done this a couple of times in the past, and I was true to my word then as well as now. DR

Positiv:- Alle M10 Gewinde sind leichtgängig.- Die 1-2-3 Blöcke liegen innerhalb von 25 mm / 50 mm / 75 mm ± 5 µm (Gemessen auf einer Granitplatte (876/00) mit Mahr Millimess 1002 und 25 mm / 50 mm / 75 mm Parallelendmaßen aus einem Mitutoyo Bügelmessschraubensatz).- Alle Flächen sind ganz leicht konkav (die Blöcke wippen also nicht, sondern stehen stabil). Ich habe alle 12 Seiten (der zwei Blöcke) auf meiner Granitplatte mit Tuschierfarbe geprüft. Eines der Tuschierbilder (mit kaum noch Tuschierfarbe auf der Granitplatte) habe ich der Bewertung exemplarisch hinzugefügt.Neutral:- Die 1-2-3- Blöcke wurden vermutlich nicht als "Paar" hergestellt. Der Größenunterschied zwischen beiden liegt in Richtung der 25mm im Bereich von ~ 4 µm.Negativ:- Die Durchgangslöcher sind nur in Richtung der 25 mm mit M10 nutzbar. In Richtung der 50 mm und 75 mm passte eine gerade M10 Gewindestange (~ 9,85 mm) nicht durch.- Die Durchgangslöcher scheinen auch nicht gut positioniert und ausgerichtet zu sein.Ich habe die Durchgangslöcher mit einem 10mm Diamant Fliesenbohrer (Bohrständer, AMB Fräsmotor mit ER16 Spannzange, MMS Kühlung mit Druckluft & Wasser) aufgerieben, bis ein neuer, unbenutzter 10er Bohrer (~ 9,95 mm) gemütlich ins Loch "fällt". Um die Position und Ausrichtung der Durchgangslöcher einschätzen zu können habe ich dann beide 1-2-3 Blöcke gemeinsam auf den 10er Bohrer gefädelt. Die vmtl. schlechteste Kombination sieht man in zwei Bildern.Wenn ich meine eigene Arbeitszeit berücksichtige, um die Durchgangslöcher auch nur halbwegs nutzbar zu machen, dann hätte ich mir auch vielfach teurere Blöcke kaufen können.

Quality is appropriate for the price. However, the chamfers are not precise. If you need nice chamfers, keep on looking or DIY. These ones look like they have been ground with a 80-120 grit belt sander freehandedly. That's strange because the sides are nicely ground to a shiny finish. For this reason, one point off. All threaded holes were able to accept a 3/8-16 screw. I haven't checked whether such a screw would be able to pass through a threaded hole and mate with the thread on the opposite side but the threaded holes are coaxial. Arrived lightly greased, easy to clean with mild detergent, no corrosion evident. I didn't measure them as I don't need submillimeter precision.

Well they are 123 blocks. That is to say they're accurate from what I measured and well machined . They say they are made form "hardened steel". I don't know what that means since no steel number or steel type was specified so I don't know how durable they are. If you drop one and it gets a dent or bump on an edge its no longer a 123 block but for 24 bucks a set, I can't complain.

ich verwende die Prezi Blücke zum Ausrichten von Maschinen, Zweck ist erfüllt, Qualität top...Stern abzug nur für den Preis ;)
