Lightweight, easy to mix with compost, it does make a noticeable difference. The soil is less dense.

Good quality product with very little dust meaning it easy to mix with other compost and noticeably improves drainage. Noticed it helps with growth rate when propagating cuttings. Decent amount/quantity and value for money. It’s an expensive product wherever you get it though.

I didn’t even consider other brands. Westland products are competitive price wise and excellent quality. If this remains at £9.99 or less I’ll continue to buy this and even add it to my subscription.The area where I live in the south east of England has very compacted hard soil and over the years I’ve grown some green manure to loosen it and added perlite to keep it loose and aerated. My plants always thrive now. Highly recommend this if you have bad soil. Also fantastic if you grow from seeds.
