We learned the hard way that one of our dogs REALLY loves these balls - at least he loves destroying them. And he is only about 15 pounds, but he tears them apart the first chance he gets. So, keep that in mind if you have LAX players and dogs...Other than that, they are great for Lacrosse. We bought a bunch as practice balls.
