This product is well made with good quality materials, but the main problem for me was it didn't do the job it was meant to do. Mainly because the wide elastic band across the back was too flexible and too easy to stretch so it provided little support. Also the straps that pass either side of your junk were also too easily flexed and when trying to tighten them for extra support all that happened was they pulled down the attachment point on the rear of the belt which as I said before is too flexible. The hernia insert pad was also too soft, like a soft thick cushion and did not provide the necessary firmness I needed over my hernia. This is my 2nd hernia support, the first one I bought is much better than this one but is hot to wear, that's why I was looking for another, but unfortunately I won't be able to use this one.
