Bello, bello, bello!!!Un libro davvero molto bello e ben strutturato. Lo stile di Beatrice Blue mi piace moltissimo, è semplice, fanciullesco, ma allo stesso tempo elaborato e fantastico.Di grande ispirazione per chi desidera addentrarsi nel mondo dell’illustrazione per bambini, questo volume ci accompagna all’interno del mondo immaginario e fantastico di questa artista, raccontandoci il suo percorso, condividendo il metodo e fornendo nozioni per uno stile illustrativo semplice ed originale.È ricchissimo di illustrazioni, schizzi ed esempi pratici e sono sicura lo amerete.È in lingua inglese e non so se esista in italiano. Da una ricerca fatta sul web non ho trovato nulla di indicativo, ma poiché non vi è molto testo, l’autrice è breve e molto pratica, non si dilunga e va dritta al succo, non trovo sia così complicato capirlo o tradurre all’occorrenza.Ah! La favolosa copertina rigida con una delle più belle illustrazioni di Beatrice, intitolata “the empty glasshouse” è un assaggio del suo mondo magico, al buio, infatti, le lucine nel disegno si illuminano per l’effetto fosforescente.

Hochwertig verarbeitet und mit wunderschönen Illustrationen weiß dieser Bildband auf jeden Fall zu gefallen.

Such a beautifully produced, whimsical book! I love the artist's writings and discussions of her artistic process. It's like having a great chat over coffee while visiting her studio, browsing old sketchbooks, and admiring all the beautiful art on the wall. Well done and inspiring!

Ich liebe dieses Buch!! Jeder der Interesse am Illustrationsprozess hat, wird auch begeistert davon sein. Im Buch sind viele Skizzen und die Zeichnungen sind einfach mega schön!

Instagramで見た本で、美しいと思って買ったけど、海外から郵送したみたいで、思ったより早く届いた。普通のカバーとおもったら、カバーの手触りが良くて、びっくりして嬉しかった。買ってよかった^_^〜

ich bin Grafikerin und somit auch selbst kreativ tätig. Dieses Buch ist ganz wunderschön gemacht und nimmt den Leser mit auf eine kreative Reise. Beatrice Blue zeigt wie sie Ideen findet und wie sie diese umsetzt, wie Illustrationen entstehen und welche Materialien sie einsetzt für die Umsetzung Ihrer grossartigen Artworks.Absolute Kaufempfehlung. Meine 15jährige Enkelin fand es : Meeeeega cool:-)
