I'm not sure what the issue is, but the product I received was way too runny. And it's more runny than the woodland scenics instructional videos show. This is like water, and it doesn't retain its shape to make the waves.

Finally a clear wave effect that works fantastically! For large waves you'll have to build them up over a couple of days. My water effects are going over deep pour water murky, so added a few drops of Golden's transparent raw number airbrush paint to tint. All the WE water products are a little pricey but worth it to me.
