These will fit adult hands ,I bought to train my youngster crosses uppers and hooks, and they’ll hold up for his hits.If you’re planning to have an adult hit them they will likely not last all that long.

I'd rather he hit these than me, and he is beginning to grasp that hitting a pad someone is holding is fun, while hitting someone without a pad is NOT KIND.
