Anleitung:
- Reinigen Sie die Nasenwege, indem Sie vor der Anwendung sanft schnäuzen.
- Entfernen Sie vor der ersten Verwendung die klare Schutzkappe, halten Sie die Nasal Spray-Flasche aufrecht und pumpen Sie ein- oder mehrmals, bis die Lösung ausgestoßen wird.

This decongestant has been a game changer for me in the past 2 months. I’m a CPAP user and have always struggled with congestion at night. This spray works fantastic for me and it’s non-addictive! I highly recommend it.

I’ve been using Xlear now for a few years. It cleans your nasal passages, and helps to prevent things that you might breathe in that would disturb you, like pollen, pollution and even viruses, from latching on to your membranes. Perhaps this is coincidence, but perhaps not: I have not had any respiratory issues since I started using it.

I use this product to treat my nasal congestion caused by colds, allergies and pollen, it really works well with me. Also it moisturizes my sinus tissues if occasionally dry.

Macht die Nase nicht so schnell frei wie die Anschwellenden Nasensprays mit Sucht- und Austrocknungsfaktor aber endlich was für meine chronische Sinusitis gefunden was befeutet und auch etwas frei macht

I've suffered for years with allergies and sinus infections, and previously the only nasal spray that has helped is a cortisone based spray, which I'm reluctant to take daily except when symptoms are severe. I'd read several reviews about this product and decided to give it a try, and finally I can breathe again. Only an operation will help me to breathe fully due to a deviated septum, but this spray has reduced the inflammation in my nasal passages and reduced the sinus pressure which was building up, and I have only been using it for 2 days. I bought 2 bottles to get me started, but will definitely be re-ordering in the future.
