Für den Einsatz auf Elektroherden ist ein Drahtgitter enthalten, das Gitter ist für Gasherde nicht erforderlich. Verwenden Sie immer mittlere oder mittlere Hitze. Spülmaschinen- und mikrowellengeeignet. Dies ist ein toller Preis für diese Art des Kaffeebrauens. Außerdem führen wir immer Ersatzteile. Gebrauchsanweisung: Verwenden Sie einen etwas feineren Kaffee mahlen. Lassen Sie den waschbaren, wiederverwendbaren, mit Tuch bedeckten Filter in die Infussionskammer fallen, wobei die Kette in das Glas-Siphonrohr hängt. Ziehen Sie die Kette nach unten, bis Sie sie am Boden des Siphonrohrs einhaken können. Füllen Sie die untere Karaffe bis zur 5-Markierung mit heißem Wasser und legen Sie 5 Messlöffel Kaffee in die obere Kammer. Dieses Modell funktioniert auf Gas- und Elektro-Rangeops, und kommt mit einem Drahtdiffusor für den Einsatz auf elektrischen Spulenbrennern. Verwenden Sie mittlere bis hohe Hitze. Es dauert etwa 4 Minuten, um das Wasser zu erhitzen, das gesamte Wasser wird in die obere Kammer abgesaugt und dann 2 Minuten zum Brühen gelassen. Fácil de utilizar y fácil de lavar; lo usé en una parrilla eléctrica y funcionó sin problemas con el aditamento incluido para ese tipo de parrillas (es un vil alambre pero sí funciona para distribuir el calor adecuadamente). El único PERO que le puse fue que el diseño de la jarra no permite vaciar TODO el café, quedan unas cuantas gotas que son prácticamente imposibles de vaciar, por lo que es necesario lavara pronto antes de que se seque ese residuo y manche la jarra. Pero en general considero que fue una excelente compra.

I bought this siphon for my folks as their first vacuum siphon and was very surprised with the quality of the glassware for the price point. I own 2 Hario siphons myself and both are made of considerably thinner glass than this one. While there is definitely an appeal and presentation to enjoy in using a setup with an alcohol burner, this Yama siphon is definitely more economic if you already have a stove or just want to see if using a coffee siphon is something that would interest you. The set comes with a wire heat diffuser, so out of the box can be used on both gas and electric stoves.This siphon makes an unbelievably good cup of coffee, and easy makes enough for 2-3 people to enjoy. You're going to want to use a coarse grind coffee, as a vacuum siphon works by steeping the grounds directly in hot water. You're also going to want either an electric or stove top kettle to preheat your water. I'd recommend watching a few videos about coffee siphons before you decide to buy one!Cleaning any coffee siphon isn't the easiest affair, but a soft non-scouring bottle sponge or brush will do you wonders. While a cloth coffee filter will last you many brewing cycles, this set includes additional replacement filters in the package.Overall this is a fantastic option for either folks new to vacuum siphons or folks just looking for an excellent stove top coffee brewer. The build quality you get with this siphon is really hard to beat for the price, and the quality of the coffee it can produce is stellar. I can't recommend Yama enough!

Reading some of the other reviews, I was hesitant to order this. Glad i did!Some say it's flimsy, but this is not the case at all. Very well built & easy to use.Yes, it takes longer to brew than drip or perc's, but the quality of coffee more than makes up for it.Yes, it's a bit of a process cleaning it, handle it nicely & it'll probably last forever.Yes, there's an art to brewing with it. Don't be in a hurry. Resist the temptation to speed things up by increasing the heat; use medium high heat until the water begins to move up the siphon, then reduce to medium, leave it there for a couple minutes, then just turn the heat off & walk away until the brew has descended back into the lower chamber. Simple, but the entire process take about 10 minutes. Go hug your dog while you're waiting ...UPDATE:I broke the first one, & ordered a 2nd one. It arrived missing a part, so I wrote to the seller, who replaced the entire thing in 2 days!I highly recommend them!

ガスコンロで使えるタイプのものを探していたので購入。初めて買ったサイフォン型なので他製品との使用感の比較は出来ませんが使った感じは良いです。毎日使ってます。ただyama glassのサイトでは50ドルで売ってたんで高すぎです。
