These were really comfy! They hold my tummy in and also make my thighs less wobbly. I am a size 12 and the medium fitted me perfectly without any wobbly bits spilling over. They were nice and stretchy and easy to get on and off.

Although I am male, and have no desire to have an hour glass figure, I wear this type of shapewear for a short part of most days. That part is when I take to my home gym room to do my daily workout.I discovered some time ago that the compressive nature of these garments helps to keep my small hernia in check and also are fantastic at keeping my delicate bits out of the reach of the viscous saddle of my airbike, so no more crushing between saddle and leg!These particular pants are almost my ideal. Being very high waisted means that I can fold the top down to give my hernia more support. To maximise this benefit I also ordered two sizes down from my 33" waist. Instead of an XL (shown as 31" to 33" on the size chart to the left of the listing) I went for a M (27" to 29"). The result was great support but without feeling constricted, the pants are very comfy. The long leg length is ideally suited to when I am on my rower, stepper or bike. They stay put on my thighs and don't ride up as I repeatedly bend my legs.The breathability of this garment means that I remain dry and the sweat can evaporate at the outer surface to help to keep me cool as I pound out the miles.There is just one negative to these pants. That is the care instruction that stipulates to hand wash only. That just won't happen in my home. I wash everything on a cotton wash in the machine. If stuff survives, great! If not, oh well. To be fair I have yet to ruin anything by subjecting it to that treatment and fully expect these to be fine. But you have been warned, hand washing is the manufacturer's laundering instruction.

Lovely fit and easy to get on. Very soft but also gives a nice firm support to my tummy. Love the high waist as it holds my muffin top in whilst wearing a tight top. Legs are comfortable and not tight. Whole things give my figure a flattering look when wearing a fitted dress which in turn makes me feel good.
