Elektrodenschweißen
Stellen Sie die Stromstärke (20-125A) mit dem Drehknopf ein und beginnen Sie mit dem Schweißen.
Sie können die "PARAM"-Taste auf "ARC FORCE" oder "HOT START" stellen, um den Pegel einzustellen (0~10).

Small and portable, but the cables are for limited use , not to say really poor! According to marking H01N2-D should be Copper-synthetic rubber, instead all conductor and connector metal parts of cable except clamps are made of aluminum plated as copper or brass and insulated with very thick PVC. Cables are semi rigid and not flexible, despite all they bend. If you use the welder twice a year cables should not be the problem, if you use welding machine twice per month a true pair of cables should be purchased. Overall light-weight and small design is what I was looking for as for cables, I'll use my existing ones.

poste a souder a l'arc de petite taille , peu encombrant , cables de bonne longueur, soudure correcte , une bonne alternative a un poste d'atelier plus gros ,je pense qu'il n'est pas fait pour des soudures de gros diametre en continu , en occasionnel

Stable arc, you can use stainless steel electrodes or carbon steel ones. And it is lightweight.

Ausgepackt, getestet und sehr zufrieden.Habe mir gleich eine VA Elektrode geschnappt und paar Raupen auf 8er VA Flacheisen gezogen.Je nach Einstellung ein guter Einbrand und gute Schuppung.Es ist klar das das kleine Gerät sicher nicht für den Dauerbetrieb ausgelegt ist, aber für den Heimgebrauch vollkommen überzeugend!Es muss sich mit seinem stabilem Lichtbogen vor emw und fronius Geräten auf jeden Fall nicht verstecken.Und wer die Geräte kennt, weiß dessen Preisklasse.

Schnell geliefert in guter Verpackung. Ist ein leichtes Gerät für hobby Hofarbeiten. Ich empfehle es wegen Mobilität/Preis/Leistung. Hier sollst du aber nicht erwarten dicke Pipeline zu schweißen !

Ho ordinato questo saldatore per mio cognato. Mi sono fatta dire maggiori dettagli sul prodotto.L'ha ordinata con un po' di timore, in quanto è piccola e ha un prezzo molto conveniente. Entro mezz'ora dal suo arrivo, ha saldato delle barre di acciaio da 1/4 di pollice, alcuni grossi bulloni e anche lamiera di acciaio da 1 mm. Non usa un saldatore ad arco da anni e non è mai stato istruito, ma è riuscito presto a produrre saldature dall'aspetto piuttosto decente, che erano anche molto resistenti.La macchina è fantastica! Ha molta potenza. Ha fatto tutte le saldature con solo aste da 2,5 mm e si è comportata bene. Il metallo sottile è sempre complicato, ma con la potenza minima e un po' di pratica, è riuscito presto a saldare lamiera senza fare buchi.La macchina è leggera e molto portatile. I cavi sono di buona lunghezza (credo 2 m) ma anche di buona qualità sia la pinza di messa a terra che il supporto per l'elettrodo. I cavi sono piacevolmente flessibili, consentendo un movimento facile (a differenza dei saldatori MIG).Sono anche rimovibili, rendendo lo stoccaggio molto facile in un garage affollato come il suo.Afferma che non può far altro che consigliare questa macchina e qualche asta.Salderai in poco tempo e non rimpiangerai l'acquisto!Ci sono alcuni video molto utili per i principianti su YouTube. Probabilmente vale la pena dare un'occhiata prima. Prendi un casco a autosmorzamento, così avrai entrambe le mani libere. Rende il lavoro molto più facile e oggi sono davvero economici.Ad ogni modo è consigliata e se si guardano un paio di video prima, tutto diventa piuttosto semplice.

Have used this quite a few times over several months. It has worked as intended. When I need to do a few simple welds, it beats dragging out the mig welder. As some other reviewers have pointed out, it will trip the breaker on 115 volt circuit if the amp setting is set to a higher level. In my case, this was around the 75-80amp range. Using an adapter and 220 volt source, I was able to use the full amp settings available for the machine. It's well built, lightweight, and easy to use. The lengh of the work cables is good and they are flexible. The price is one to run towards, not away.

Ich habe das Schweißgerät gekauft, weil ich nicht viel Geld ausgeben wollte um dann festzustellen das mein großes es doch besser kann.ABER ich wurde POSITIV überrascht, daß Schweißgerät ist super klein, leicht und macht im Bereich bis 120 Ampere genau das was es soll, nämlich gute Schweißergebnisse.Ich schweiße eigentlich immer mit Oerlikon Spezial 2,5mm und bin mehr als zufrieden.Für jeden der das Schweißgerät nicht als berufstätiger Schweißer braucht sondern um mal hier und das was daheim zu schweißen ist von meiner Sicht aus das Schweißgerät absolut zu empfehlen...

Kurz vorweg Rutil Stabelektroden bitte an den Minuspol!! Da ich gerade in einem Schweißkurs bin.( mache zwar gerade MAG) lag für mich natürlich nahe, das Billigteil in den Kurs mitzunehmen. Getestet haben wir :2.5mm Elektrode FOX ETI , OHV und SPE Stumpf und Kehlnaht PA Position. mit 90Ampere cirka.Die Elektroden lassen sich ohne Probleme verschweißen. Strom lässt sich auch während des Schweißens verstellen,( das ist Wichtig). Auch mein Trainer war angenehm überrascht. Für Bleche bis 5mm ist das Billigteil also föllig ausreichend.
