Bought this with no expectations and I am very happy with what I received. Great quality, it helps with back pain and posture. Bought a size down because everybody in the comments said to do so and it fits perfectly. Its a little hard to put on but I had watch a few youtube videos and it is suppose to be a little hard to snap so it can do its work. The fabric is comfortable and over all its one of the best product I bought! Follow the great reviews! They are right!!!!! 100% recommand

This is a good waist trainer. It's the closest you will get to a true waist trainer with the hard support on the ribs to shape your waist and keep you sucked in. The issue is that it's too short so you either cinch your lower belly and have your back fat pushed out or put it up higher and cinch your back rolls and have your lower stomach popped out. If you combine this with a smoothing bra it works out great but if you have a combination of lower belly fat and back fat it's not the best look

If I could rate this 6 out of 5 stars I would!The material is fabulous and feels good. The shape is nice. The steel bones support the ideal figure and remain comfortable. You also get the full coverage that you need. It’s hard to find quality product like this shopping online, especially when everything is priced to sell and looks good in the pics.I’m typically 160-165 lbs at 5’2”. I recently had a baby so I’m probably around 180. My waist is measuring 33” at tight as I can squeeze which is L/XL for most waist trainers I’ve been looking at. I ordered accordingly to the size charts on other waist trainers and fit into them easily which obviously defeats the purpose. Plus, they felt cheap. This one does not feel cheap!! At medium, and as big as I am right now, I am 5 closures away from being able to fit. With some exercise and my sweat waist trainer, I’ll be able to squeeze into this in no time with plenty of room for shrinkage for that hourglass I’m working for. Hope this helps!

Material seems very good but it runs extremely small. According to their chart, I would need to get a 4x but with another company I was able to get a large. So I purchased a large with this company and it barely got to my belly button. I believe if I go 2 sizes up from a large that it would be able to fit. And that would be a 2x, not a 4x. So there sizing is difficult to work with.
