My son is starting swimming at 6 years old so he needed a decent swim hat and goggles. He didn't get on well with the goggles that have one individual cup for each eye, so we thought this one that is more like a mask may be helpful.The swimming hat is made from a nice thick rubber and comes with a cute fish design that includes spikes that would go down the centre of the head. He loved this more than the more plain hats. Unfortunately although it says this cap is for children from 3 years old, at almost 6 the hat is still too big from him. He is not small for his age either but the hat is only just passable and does let a decent amount of water in because it sits looser on the head.The goggles fit his face well. The rubber seal is nice and wide to fit above his eyebrows and slightly below the eyes. The seal was good and he didn't really have many issue with leaking or fogging up once we got the size adjustment right. The ear plugs would have been good if you could remove them from the goggles. He can't really use these as he needs to be able to hear my instructions (or the teachers) and listen for safety announcements etc. When not in his ears they dangle down the sides of his face and tickle him so he couldn't stand them. We ended up cutting these off in the end. I good idea in theory but more of a hindrance than a help.the goggles were 19.99 at the time of order. Considering they aren't made by one of the big names I would not expect this high of a price tag and I think the set is actually worth between 1/2 and 3/4 of this. If you're looking for decent quality and fun looking swimming sets for kids and preteens, I would recommend this. But perhaps wait until they aren't so expensive!

Lovely Swimming Goggles with Swimming CapI got them for my daughter for swimming lessons.The cap looks beautiful and fits perfectly.The goggles are pretty, slightly bigger than expected, but fit perfectly as they are flexible with optimum sealing.Overall, I would say they are good value for money!
