For the past 10 years I have had a "desk job" that doesn't offer me a chance to move around a lot during my shifts. I had developed a bit of a pinched nerve that was causing my upper legs to tingle and burn a little. I decided to try this inversion table to see if it would alleviate the pressure on that nerve. It comes boxed so there will be some assembly, but I did not find it particularly difficult. The instructions had very clear illustrations and it provided all the tools needed (although I would recommend getting a socket wrench to save your wrist). I was able to have it set up in just over an hour. As far as how it works, I did a 10 minute session at about 45 degrees and OH MY GOD!!!!! The pain in my legs instantly disappeared once I went past vertical. As I was able to relax there was some light popping in some of my vertebrae and all the stiffness went away. After I got off the table, the relief lasted several hours until I went to bed, and I slept better than I have in years. There are more expensive tables out there, but I don't know if you can get any better results.

Well built, heavy duty! I'm 6'2 (210lbs.) and it supports me with no problem. Easy assembly. Maybe a little more padding on the ankle supports? Other than that ... Love it!

Updated review - I can't say enough about this company. Short story - I ordered and received this inversion table. The lock pin that holds the head rest in place was cross threaded which made the table unusable. I contacted Amazon customer service which was unable to help. Replacement part cannot be obtained, only option was to disassemble, re-box, and return to Amazon for a refund. Literally not an option in my condition. Seller contacted me after seeing my review and made things right! They sent me ANOTHER table completely free on charge!! WOW! AMAZING SUPPORT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!Now on the inversion table. I'm a 62yo that the Veterans Administration has classified as 100 percent disabled. 26 years Active Duty in the military, and the last 18 years as a Defense Contractor. Quite a few of those years working 12 hour days in multiple conflict zones, living in tents, and sleeping on cots. I have degenerative dish disease, and had disk replacement surgery in my neck, and lumbar surgery last year. Bottom line is my body is beat up. So I've have to take care of what I have left. With these surgeries, I've created quite a limp, and very bad posture pampering my body. I HAVE TO CORRECT IT. Both my doctor and physical therapist mention trying an inversion table. OK, I'll do it.After watching numerous videos and doing my due diligence researching tables, I settled on this one for many reasons. 1. Safely - the lock pins, angle adjustment/stop locks, safety belt, and most of all, the 'clamps' holding my feet look the safest, and most comfortable. 1. Portability - I have limited space to store and use this table, and it fold up quicky (one pin), and stores in less room than a sitting chair. 3. Adapting for use - this table can be converted to another user in less than 30 seconds. One pin to adjust length for center of balance, and another for the headrest if needed. 4. Massage and Heat - the key to inversion table is not just inverting yourself, but relaxing your b
