For the price of an unhealthy fast food lunch, you could get these instead and be on the way to changing your life. I'm not exaggerating when I say that, I haven't exercised in years and have gained weight and gotten older and needed something simple to get me moving again. These cost hardly anything and they get me winded and sweaty, so that's a great first step. Just give it a try if you think you're hopeless but want your life back. You won't miss the $10. Best $10 I have spent in a long, long time! Oh...wear shoes is the discs hurt your feet/heels due to PF or heel spurs, don't let that be a deterrent!

The product works really good I ordered pink because it gave me the option but it sent me Black I’m OK with it totally fine with Black just was excited about the pink. They’re good size they slide on carpet and they slide on tile.

I absolutely love these!!! They work perfectly on wood floor and don't slip too much. They come with a little card that shows different ways to use it, that was very helpful. Quality is good especially for the price and months after purchasing, I have no complaints.
